According to PushDustin if they reveal another playable character during the next Age of Calamity live stream it will likely be Purah.
The reason being is that she is mentioned by Impa when you find the little guardian. Impa says to Link that Purah would know more about it than anyone else so they need to see her ASAP

The Egg is going to be one of the first to turn and the game will make a big deal out of it.

Speaking of Musou crossovers, I finally got to play a bit of Fire Emblem Warriors.
Gameplay is pretty cool so far, although a bit confusing because I haven’t been able to take in all the different mechanics.
Story… It’s probably going to be one of those boring shits with “The awesome power of our bonds!” and straight up lifting entire scenes from FE games for the sake of references.
I had a feeling that’d happen after Hyrule Warriors 1.
It’s another big reason I’m hype for AoC. It’ll actually have a proper story.

OG Hyrule Warriors actually had good gameplay though and the characters were fun and interesting to play.
The majority of FEW’s cast can’t say the same.
Yah. She’s a little cutie. I’m hoping for tons of a skins for this game. Not just default and champion garbs/tunics of the Wild.

I love how it seems Link had a posse. Like he didn’t have to try and one man army the shit for once. Figures thats the time it fails lol and he had to do it old school style later, but I mean look…Links got friends lol. One thing to be told it, another to see it.
Also finally watched the new gameplay. It looks fun, but again worry it will get dull. Optimistic tho. Impa looks fucking bad ass. She doin Monk Maz Koshia hacks and shit.

Main take aways
- The standard sheika slate rune abilities work differently depending on character.
- There is weapon durability but it’s limited to sub-weapons you find on the map.
Passed my certification tests for my new client, so wife gave her blessing and I picked up Mario 3D All Stars from Walmart yesterday.
Edit: Wife asked about Luigi’s Mansion 3, and wanted to know what gametype it was. I think she might be interested in getting it, so I figure I’d ask here.

It is a bit of a puzzle action game. You catching ghosts and collectibles by finding them in rooms and sucking them up in a vacuum that clearly was in no way inspired by the Ghostbusters film franchise.
Some light physics stuff with the vacuum and the new Gooigi mechanics, but from what I am told nothing too crazy difficult.

Exploration puzzle game that involves spoopy ghouls and gasts. Not an overly hard game but the puzzles are fun and unique enough to keep going. It’s humor is on point too as are the boss battles.
I’m not super sure about side quests/replayability though. The game is two player as P2 can control Gooigi. The DLC is all multiplayer based too.

If this is still on sale at the end of the week, my interest in it will probably jump to the point of where I would buy it probably.
