Can someone test to see if this works on and actual CPS2 board?

My apologies to Iwantas Tick. I just confirmed that it does work in the World 940223 version of ST (but it does not work in the Japanese version or in the American version, which is probably why nobody knew about it…)
No clue why it’s done with RH in ST…

Iwantas Tick is indeed correct as everyone has discovered. He was actually playing my brother (Vintage) when this glitch happened.

So which strength kick causes this to happen? I always piano the buttons and most of the time i get a reversal running grab and not the glitch

I tested it in CCC2 just to see if it worked. I doubted it would as someone said before it was only working in the world ROM, and yeah it doesn’t. I could be wrong as I have been drinking for awhile and took a valium earlier.
Out of curiosity, would it have been banned at EVO?
Iwantas Tick apparently the ‘world’ version is the least played. Japan has the ‘japan’ version, the rest of asia has the ‘asia’ version, ditto for the US. I don’t know where the ‘world’ version get’s played but where ever it is I’m guessing there aren’t many tounaments held there.
So what’s the deal with it being done with RH rather than Forward? Anyone care to test if it’s like that in World SSF2?
