that last video was still part of the money match, i beat him in tourney 2-0 earlier, iirc. wow i played like crap in that last match. ah well.

What is the crumple combo the announcers wanted to see you do, if you don’t mind me asking.
Focus crumple, jab Rocks, Toward+RH, EX Upper. Around 500 stun and the damage is alright. Best of all–IT LOOKS DOPE.

In this particular one, no. I’ll be there next week to play against the other qualifiers so with any luck there will footage of me playing against people that actually know what they are doing.
Interesting combo, as a non Cody main, I didn’t even know you could combo rocks after a focus crumple.
After some testing in the lab though, I could only get this combo to work in the corner, with a backdash. While Focus Crumple, Dash Forward, EX Rocks, C. Fierce, Fierce Criminal Upper I got to work anywhere on screen, and it does more damage/stun.
Though you have to be very fast with the focus dash, otherwise the rocks pop them up.
Also it’s cool seeing how much better you’ve gotten since the Super Norcal Regionals.
This whole thread makes me want to switch over to Cody.
Crack Kick (T+HK) combos into the rocks from U2. Very interesting. I wonder if counterhit will let it land U1. Also, has anyone tried EX Ruffian into U2 rocks? What about counterhit EX ruffian into U1?
