Do I really need to point out the obvious? SRKGD =/= those infernal places.
justice is given to those that can afford it in this day and age unfortunately. Especially here. But I for one can not imagine being a woman who is just ACCUSED of commiting adultery and lynched into Stonning in places of Islamic influence. I have nothing against Islam or any religion as long as it is tried ( I must emphasize TRIED ) to be practiced right. But justice being available to those that can afford it doesn’t sound so bad after all.
have a good day y’all.
This was brought up in one of those many “conspiracy vids” that we’re all the rage back in '07-'10. People were writing it off like crazy. Glad this came true. China, Russia and Islam kick ass because the average citizens aren’t pussies that are hypochondriacs.
Regarding the speeding thing:
It depends on your definition of crime. If you define crime as solely something which will appear on your criminal record, then no, speeding is not a crime in that specific sense as only a misdemeanor or felony will appear on a person’s criminal record. Speeding in and of itself is technically a moving violation or an infraction, which is less severe than a misdemeanor.
But in the broader sense of a crime being any illegal act punishable by imprisonment and/or by a fine, speeding is still a violation of speed law, making it a crime in that regard.
Again, depends on your point of view.
What kid?
It seems both of you are completely unable to grasp exactly what I’m saying while you high five each other. Please break your keyboard.
So whos the lunatic now?? Next thing you know its going to be Cyber City Oedo 808 in USA in 15 more years. Criminals with exploding rings around their necks.
No, you do a better job of saying it. You chose Javid’s stupidity, so you deal with it.
If that student believes this is such a problem, then she needs to get rid of her cell phone. I highly doubt she will though.
I understand you completely.
I shall reiterate: in speeding, it is a rather subjective issue, as regards intent to harm.
Especially if there are no persons within the immediate vicinity of said speeding.
Stalking children with intent to rape IS INTENT TO HARM SOMEONE.
Much as intent to commit murder is.
Speeding is rather ambiguous, requiring many considerations to be taken into account, were we to try and establish intent to commit harm.
Pretty simple, actually.
Also, the caps locked portion is not to be read as yelling, but as emphasis.

Just playing Devil’s Advocate here…but who the fuck cares if you can be tracked while on a school campus? I’m all for privacy and such, but what exactly do you have to hide by not disclosing your physical location on a campus?
Are you afraid someone will know how long you spend in the bathroom? Or maybe they’ll figure out how long you wait before getting in the shower after gym, who you like to hang out with, or whether you witnessed a fight. Because other than that, the only information they can really glean from physical location is figuring out who is going places they’re not supposed to be.
Many schools are already virtual prisons, with security checks and cameras everywhere. All they’re doing is streamlining the process of student monitoring with a computer. As long as they’re not tracking people off campus I don’t see the big deal here.
I remember security cameras being in school to prevent suspicious and wrongful activities within the school boundaries, not so much to keep an eye on students if they weren’t doing anything. Stuff like checkpoints are designed to keep students from bringing stuff into the school, not so much to keep them from going out. This chip system serves no purpose in school. What difference does it make what location I’m in if you can’t see what I’m doing or know why I’m there? What’s to stop me from taking it off and putting it some place else like in a classroom? Heck, I could get my anti-social hacker friend to disable the thing and no one would know the difference. The chips don’t really serve a purpose other than to treat students like cattle.
When I was in highschool, we had two options: Either go to class and learn something, or skip class and watch your grade(s) drop to the floor. If you didn’t want to be there, Nobody was gonna force you to stay. Just don’t loiter the halls or hang out around school grounds.
In all honesty, this type of tracking is a bad teacher crutch. There’s a lot of stuff that wouldn’t need to be implemented if we had teachers who took their profession seriously. The combination of bad teachers + unions protecting them + willingness to go into litigation is gangbanging the fuck out of the educational system.
You know shit is bad when me, the husband of a teacher, have way more control over a group of students than do some of her coworkers.
Many schools are already literal prisons with metal detectors and barbwire fences. Fuck outta here with this soft ass shit. Give them fuckers exploding collars that detonate if their gpa drops too low.
Then we will be BEST country.

Can you really call teachers who can’t enforce attendance rules bad teachers? Not to say I’m defending tracking chips, cause I’m sure as fuck not. Enforcing attendance seems like an unnecessary concern for teachers who seem to be overburdened anyway.
Hahahahaha, I went to Jury Duty today and the “come on guys you’re helping out!” video they played used a speeding violation in A CRIMINAL case as an example.
So yeah whoever said civil court on page 1 of this thread sure is stupid huh.
Also, 6 trials in a row waived their right to a jury. Insane, I went in at 8 and left at 10:30. I was actually hoping to be part of something there.
A teacher’s job isn’t there to enforce attendance. That’s why there is very little point to the IDs having RFID chips in the first place. As it is right now, in my wife’s shcool district, if a student is shown in attendance one period and absent the next, the parent gets an automatic call to their home phone letting them know of it. This doesn’t really help with the problem of truancy since they will know when the kid is missing already. What they want to deal with is kids fucking around because they chose not to pay attention to the teacher which 9/10 is due to a teacher not controlling their classroom.
Freakin’ Texas. Unfortunately because it is such a large population hub, it usually acts as a barometer for things to come to the rest of the country.
I’m not sure if I’m bothered more by the school’s desperate attempt for cash or the student’s explanation that it violated his religious beliefs because he’d be wearing the “mark of the beast”. I hope he’s joking.
