OK, so I scrubbed out at SB. 2012 coming out mid December, so I have NEC to use Yang before he gets his balls chopped off. Gonna be coming up with more and more shit in the next two months. For now, here’s some light shit.

I LOVE this shit, because it makes reversal TU whiff, but the best part is that the way Sagat’s body moves for a backdash, or for a Jab TU, he stays at a place for a full punish combo, and the OS’d Senkyutai doesn’t come out.
Basically, the input for this is to dash after the throw… slight pause, then jump MK-> 6321+MK
This works because you cross up, during the motion, and it gets interpreted as a DP, and not like the incomplete HCB that it is.
If Sagat does Jab TU, or Backdash, his body doesn’t go forward, so you don’t cross up before you finish your motion, and you get a motion that doesn’t actually give you a move. You have to make sure you input the motion very fast, because what ACTUALLY happens is that you input the motion before Yang hits the ground, and you get the motion for Senkyutai on the MK RELEASE. If you don’t cross up, 6321+Release MK gets you no move, and you can just combo Sagat as he recovers from the backdash/Jab TU.
If he does a Fierce or EX TU, sometimes, if you have absolute shit reactions like I do, it can throw you off, and you might get a weak punish (like S. FP or something shitty). This covers that, by giving you a tip Senkyutai, and Ultra/EX follow-up without having to think.
Most people probably don’t need this OS, because their reactions aren’t absolute ass, but if nothing else, it gives you a visual on how to make reversal TU whiff off of normal throw.

Again, nothing special… just giving a visual on Yang’s DP FADC OS. It’s easy to use it defensively, but I think it has potential as part of Yang’s normalmix-up. Mashing DP can be an attractive answer to Yang’s side switch confusion. Normally, Yang has to block to account for that, and try to work from there. This gives the ability to remain offensive, while covering reversal attempts, by using invincibility to try to match the reversals… with absolute zero risk.
In this particular scenario, it looks easy to block, but this was one of those reset scenarios with the mean side switch shit. If I stand after that FADC set-up, it crosses under, but if I duck, it crosses under, but un-crosses, and puts me back on the original side. People HATE dealing with that, and adding a bullshit free DP to that is fucking dirty in the mental game.

Picking on Viper again. Nothing original here, really. Just showing the power of OS against Viper. Yang/Viper is dumb since you can OS most offensive actions so she has to deal with you. Pretty much the same jump OS used against Sagat, and then the Short-> EX Senkyutai OS I’ve been running since June.

More picking on Viper. This time with a different OS on the jump-in (this one doesn’t punish EX BK at all though), and ends with a silly cross-under, re-cross, into OS U2. Fun.

Fun, fun, fun… the main reason I use U1 against Cody. Loses to EX Criminal Upper here… but that can be hard to actually get out, with the side switch confusion.

Showing it work on Rog. Works on Sakura, Makoto (loses to EX Karakusa) and Rose also (though U2 is just so fucking good on Rose, I can’t justify U1 even with this).
Enjoy. Discuss.
