Yes she did. Not in the normally understood sense of sleeping with someone else while in a relationship, but in the deeper, far more meaningful way. She cheated on his trust. She betrayed his trust. She said she was a virgin and it was a lie. She betrayed something she knew he held extremely dear.

People call her a victim in that Reddit post but I had something similar happen to me and I am a good guy.
I was with a girl that has loose morals. She visited me in my place any chance she would get so we can have sex but in the end she stopped and married some guy her parents found for her.
5 months later the guy and her parents found out about me but she told them that I manipulated and threaten her to have sex with me. I ended up having her father and husband threatening me so I went to the police. The police helped me and these people stopped calling me but I could tell no one believed I am a good guy. The police officer was yelling at me as if I did something horrible.
Where abouts? I’m not sure if co-habitation gives you the same legal status nor rights as marriage does.

A year or 2, some judge in NY state pretty much threw out this dude’s prenup because…well his wife started crying and said it was unfair. Prenups don’t mean shit. The best move is to cohabitate and live comfortably but well below your means while maintaining completely separate finances.

The interesting part is the comparison of succumbing to the corruption of a lack of culture versus the adherence of said culture and the resulting effect when the two meet. This is what most “real americans” who dont grow up with a culture can’t understand about first generation people born of immigrants or people from a strong cultural background. your culture shapes your beliefs, as it did his. in her case she broke away for whatever reason, but found that she wasn’t cut out for it, because frankly she was being abused/used. she decided to return to her beginnings and withheld information because she knew what was expected of her. I would have to guess that the male never really ventured out into “mainstream” public america and kept to his own people. some people cant handle the way it is here. its not a valid reason to fault them, same as its not a real reason to fault her for letting herself be used. but you can fault her for lying and being stupid enough to think in this day and age it wouldn’t come back to haunt her.

Unfortunately, any guy with a decent amount of experience with Western women knows this to be true. Not saying it’s impossible to find one honoring your relationship and the trust you’ve built, but most of them are simply looking out for themselves and will manipulate you if they feel they have something to gain from it. I’m speaking from experience. A whole lot of it.
You can say that, but I really wouldn’t be surprised if the guy’s wondering if the kid’s actually his either since “if she lied about all that, what else did she lie about?”. Hell, for all we know, the unborn kid could wind up actually not being his anyway.
This sounds like a bullshit story to me, BUT, I’ll bite.
I can imagine the amount of pressure she was under that caused her to lie. Her family probably didn’t have much money and her husband/husband’s family was probably loaded. So her marrying him was probably a way to “save the family” in a way. That said, the naivety involved here is staggering on the part of her parents and husband. Doesn’t sound like she handles pressure and disappointing people well which is why she lied in the first place. That said, it was wrong of her to lie but I can kind of understand why she did.
Her husband sounds like a 14 year old boy. This is why people date, fuck, and get all the early stuff out of the way, so they don’t act like whiny teenagers in their 40s. I understand why he’s pissed off, but he’s acting like an idiot.
Virginity is a ridiculous thing. It’s an idea more than anything. What this guy didn’t realize, should this story turn out to be true, is that a chick who’s had a few dicks is gonna give you a MUCH better experience than some chick who hasn’t and will give you the Star (fish) Treatment. You can keep the crying, the bleeding, etc, I’ll take some sluts over all that any day.
