It’s conjecture based on people I know in real life. prenups are on shaky water if you don’t have a good lawyer or don’t know the law yourself. Part of the problem is that there is no law regarding divorce, and prenups aren’t air tight when it comes to future events. Add in money or assets that are collected during marriage and you complicate the issue because the original writing probably didn’t account for that. It needs to be air tight, and you need clauses that exclude the bitch if she has no skills that contribute to the collection of wealth.
You would need to essentially write the prenup as a legal binding business contract, and treat it as such. If I make this much more money over the years, you aren’t entitled to that money. If they still break wouldn’t you be able to sue the state for breaking a business contract. I’m sure there are ways to legally bind people on their word and legally bind them in a state where they admit that they aren’t signing because they are being forced to.
Dudes need to stop marrying broads they consider 7’s, especially when all they bring to the relationship is fucking sex. Marrying for looks first is the dumbest shit imaginable. If all you want is good looking bitches, cycle through these hoes. Protect your assets and you first. Divorce makes the idea that you can marry the hottest broad you can find a really bad fucking idea. Part of the problem is that people still treat marriage like they did in the 30’s and 20’s. I’ve noticed that reddit no longer has new comments, sadly. I was getting entertained reading that. It probably was just made up and most of the comments were probably even fake since they stopped. It doesn’t look like it got locked either.
That was probably a well placed troll. Definitely worthy of our respect and admiration. It takes great skill to come up with awesome troll threads. You have to lovingly craft the narrative and drive it forward, and hope it takes on a life of its own, after you’ve raised it and nurtured it enough. And when it does stand on its own, it’s the greatest joy a creator can have.
Way to make an ignorant and inaccurate generalization, do your research and you’ll see as long as you and your partner both have your own lawyers present, don’t make the prenup ridiculous (aka wife must fuck me x amount of times a week), or make it too lopsided, and have credible eye witnesses to make sure duress or coercion can’t be claimed later than the prenup should hold up. Most pren ups that are thrown out don’t include one or more of the above essentials.
That judge who threw out the prenup did set a dangerous slippery retarderd precedent, but claiming prenup are now toothless is like claiming madcatz TE’s suck because you broke yours mashing buttons.
