Well, I’ve played him in SSF4 and MvC3 about a few days ago. Haven’t touched SSF4 in almost 4 months, but still made him basically have to try his hardest to win. (He did win most of the time, but what do you expect when the guy’s using Honda, Guile, Balrog and shit, and I’m using Guy, Hakan and Sakura?)
In MvC3, I got a 7 streak on the guy. Most of the time an OCV with Felicia or Spencer.
And yet, he was being kinda cocky after the SSF4, trying to make me think that you guys are the assholes and he’s all goody-goody gumdrops.
Ya I keep hearing about this converter but I would need to buy a controller + a converter and guaranteed it causes input lag so between paying 60+ $ for the shit just to play on 360 and the 40$ to travel and play I would rather not bother and save the 100$ for sumthing more useful like a night of alcoholism lmfao.
perhaps I could play on one of those fight pads capcom came out with but again 2 problems #1 its prolly garbage #2 the r1 and l1 button is totally on another spot of the controller which would totally fuck me up.

Hes kinda not there socially and he doesnt understand social enviroments etc the second u say to him your bad or you need to learn thats the rage he comes up with. Example of what im talking about 1st time playing him in mvc3 20-0 his ass 2nd time playing him its 8-3 cause I was trying out my team which u now play, learning them. 2 seconds later the message I get is " I am getting soo good at this game omg I am going to beat you soon, OH IM SO LEGENDARY!!! RAWR OMG WTF BBQ SAUCE!!!
i think im comming to windsor for sure easter weekend. if anybody wants some mad games im down. willing to marvel too but im free. dont play teh game at all.
I am down to play as well but just like u im HELLLA free in ssf4 now i dont even touch the damn game ive been mvc3 all day lost like everything i knew about ssf4 pretty much useless now in that crappy game. but again u wont play on ps3 soo i doubt we will play in any game anyhow lmao
xconverter360 plus…get it on ebay…no lag…it was recommended to me by luffy years ago so id take his word about it
2 Problems with this #1 do i really want to waste 40$ on this converter and then need a ps2 pad on top of that just to play with ppl because they whine about ps3 =/ #2 I dont have a way to order from ebay on my own.
The only person whining is you. The game is different on PS3, even MVC3 has tons of frame drops on PS3. Nobody’s going AW FUCK MAN WE CANT PLAY WITH RAY BECAUSE HE USES A PS3 PAD. It’s just flat out not the same and so we choose to not bother playing on PS3 when every event or tournament we would likely to be going to will be on 360. It would be flat out stupid for us to start playing on PS3 when everything around here is on 360. Please don’t put words into our mouths, PS3 feels noticeably different and that’s all there is to it.
Of course no ones going oh fuck i cant play with ray lol no one cares lmao and I realise that. And I do realise every event in THIS area is run on 360. Guess there would never be a point to anyone going to evo cause its run on ps3. but thats why i never bothered to attend anything around in the 1st place like i asked how many times when u were going to t.o and they were running 360 so i said fuck it if your gunna shun the pad community and limit the amount of players at your locals then thats a choice to make.
I totally understand your position and in no way am I trying to begin an arguement over it. I understand that there is some issues on the ps3 side as well as the 360 side when it comes to MVC3 as they have thoroughly tested both systems for frame drops and just happens ps3 does drop more.
I cant just decide what your gunna run on if you hold a tourny here in windsor if you choose 360, not like I could argue it all I could do is speak with my money and not attend.
BTW I didn’t put words in your mouths I’ve spoken to Diclawsus personally about playing me on ps3 and his answer was no you and Averice did play me on ps3
This again is another of the hurdles of this scene alot of us especially some that left the scene are ps3 pad players, and so by playing 360 in tournys wouldn’t have as big affect now. Back then though would have essentially cut the community we did have in almost half. I mean what could u say if the 2 new players who just joined told u they were ps3 pad users and wanted to play on ps3 if u did declare a tourny ? then what ? there wouldn’t be a tourny.
Again EMPHASIS on not trying to start an arguement just saying for the sake of a what if scenario. I understand the main one whining about ps3 is me I’m a minority now cause half the pad players quit.
No no I’m not upset dw about that. but here’s the thing, there’s 3 pad warriors, ones insane, one doesnt play, and the other is you. That’s not a lot of the community and it only sucks that you’re the odd one out as we enjoy playing with you.
The thing about PS3 events is that I have no intentions of going to EVO and if I was going to I would learn PS3 timing well before leaving for it.
If we had more people for PS3 that are better(I obv. can’t count out Joe or Av or any of the other dedicated players that are solid from the area) then I would do that and I’m sure they’d be cool with it too(we all jsut want competition). But as far as practicing on PS3 and playing on it regularly just for casuals, meh, fuck that lol.
I use PS3 pad for MvC3, but I use stick for all the other fighters. Slowly moving towards using stick exclusively for all current gen fighters.
My main concern right now is simply being able to use my Wii TvC stick with anything else. The KO Fighting Stick by Hyperkin for PS2/PS3 is decent, but the TvC stick is MILES above it’s quality.
If anyone would have a PS2 to 360 converter, I can just use the KO Stick. If there’s a way to get Wii-Attachment with any other consoles besides GameCube, I’d use the TvC.
On another note, I hear there’s some sort of Carl on Duty - Black Cops thing going on St Clair College. Why don’t we try and organize something like that but with SSF4, Tekken 6 and MvC3? Don’t matter what console is used, I’d most definitely be open to participate.
Not to mention, it could possibly spawn a lot of new blood to the Windsor scene.
