Kazuya or ryu these on point as they are better without meter
Ryu is an obvious partner for ‘anyone’. However, I’d like to see more of your set ups and team mates.
Currently I’m running a Jin/King team. I have Jin on point and King as anchor. Jin has the benefit of being an amazing meter builder while King is a meter DEVOURER. Soften them up with Jin, magic series, 3-4 knees to the RJB and then terrorize them with King and his incredibly mind-fuck of a move called Shining Wizard. Not to mention that you can combo into his Super Art easily solo or off a launcher.

I use Jin to open up for King using Two Uppercuts. I say this because King can come in on Jin’s uppercuts and get a Knee, a Knee, a Knee, and grab them out of the air afterwards. I should show you Doubleoh. What system do you play on?
PC. And I know that combo, I’ve been practicing it all week in training mode

The directional input on King’s knee lift is a real pain though. Half the time I either just do a st. mk or neutral jumping mk because the input is so strict on a gamepad.
Combos I can do. I’ve mastered SS-canceling and knee lifts. I just need to learn how to poke and open people up! I’m so damn terrible at that.
Hrm. I should buy the PC version and run some training mode with you.
That’d be great but I wouldn’t want you to spend 50 bones just to show one person how to play better.

I pair Jin with Lili, they could have pretty decent synergy, but that’s not my biggest concern atm, I still need to grasp fundamentals.
Jin and Kazuya is the only correct answer.
I’m considering Guy with Jin. I have to research Jin’s weak points as well as their team synergy, if existent.
Strangely much more effective than you think. Guy easily gets Jin in with Tatsu’s and Cross Up Elbow pressure, and a lot of his moves are great to tag in Jin on for CADC Combos.

Just started messing around with Jin(point) Jack X(anchor) …im liking it…in training mode at least, gotta build some confidence with Jack X before I take him online, but I like what Im seeing so far, anyone else run this team?
