Poison’s moves look like they have way more priority than they used to. Sweet.
Just something interesting I noticed:
Its a reference to the Capcom Girl Statue that was re-released in a different color
I just thought it was supposed to be a reference to Roxy.
I’m not talking about her color set.
I know it can be challenging given the picture, but look at their faces 
It could be that too~ i honestly keep forgetting she exist.
I don’t think it’s a reference to either.
The statue has platinum hair, black cutoffs with matching cap and pumps. Roxy has tanned skin, ginger hair, indigo cutoffs and matching cap with violet pumps.
This alternate colour has strawberry-blonde hair, a black cap and teal cutoffs with matching, or navy, pumps. Seems like it’s just a randomS[/S]colour.
I used that alt color at the fightclub…the only difference is that she has black heels vs red ones -_-’ baring a closer resemblance to her pallet swap Roxy…not that it truly matters as there is a color edit mode so you can do what you want so everyone is happy.
FYI the statues handcuff’s are not black as i personally own the thing…
Here’s something different: I was checking out some old pro wrestling promos, and I stumbled across one that came across as being very Poison-esque. Here’s a clip of WWE wrestler Goldust challenging The Undertaker:

Maybe it’s the beer talking, but my immediate thoughts were of Poison challenging Akuma like this, as well as how smart Capcom seems to be handling her right now. Instead of going for the cheap “IT’S A TRAP LOL” jokes in earlier builds, they seem to be going for something more clever. Those who don’t know Poison’s backstory just see some hot chick with a riding crop. Those who do, though, can see any number of things. Maybe you see Poison as using her “assets” to throw her quarry off and win fights. Others might see her as being supremely confident her identity, regardless of gender. Either way, what we could have here is what could possibly be one of the more intelligent characters Capcom has developed in quite some time.
We could probably write a dissertation on this character. Either that, or I need more beer.
If it wasn’t for the obscene price point for that thing, I would too. I would prefer the original version anyway, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. What’s up with that?

but yes I own the repaint of that statue because the original is out of print and im not willing to spend $300+ on it so i said fuck it…and got the black repaint for $70~ so i can’t complain…it looks nice

it was on sale at animecastle.com and i used my reward points too…i’d got the last one apparently so ya. I have to get 1 more for my work space but yeah you can find them around $80-90 bucks…I just dont bother with amazon or ebay…the inflation there is too much.
RayRay is using her on the tournament. She can combo with a c.MP after a EX Rekka as well.
She looks solid as fuck.
RayRay did very well with poison. He did her lp fireball and it worked very nicely.
yeah i seen the match, he did well with the amount of time he had with the game.
I wonder if she can do wol twice in a combo.

i really like how he was dash canceling the c.hk? or whatever low that was and i also love how potentially effective the fireball feint or whatever you call it looks to be

I don’t know if it can hop over fireballs, but it has no fireball inv.
That dash cancelling pressure was really sweet. And you can link a sweep after a c.MP.
yeah being able to link into a sweep is godly in this game, so everyone should be practicing links… fundamentals are key. Its funny because Poison’s play style in general is really basic so it all comes down to the player for her to be good…because she isn’t going to get you there…lolz
