Funny thing about it is that the little woman did her “scientific research” that wasn’t a scientific research at all. And all the people who pointed it out, posting careful rebuttals on youtube, were completely ignored. If you choose shitty people and arguments to represent you, you end up doing more harm than good for what you supposedly fight for.

It is pretty sad, when you think about it, yes. Violence against human beings is wrong regardless of race, gender, religious belief, etc. It’s a pretty wild claim to say domestic violence against women still happens, therefore society thinks it’s okay to beat women. The logic does not add up at all.
As the smart hot chick pointed out, lots of crimes still happen yet it doesn’t reflect a cultural acceptance of it.
I would have loved the reaction on the feminist’s face if the smart chick mentioned that intimate violence between men and women is 50% or that lesbian couples are the most violent demographic for DV.
This might be a little off topic, but is it strange that all western reviews for killer is dead bashed the game for its sexisim while the japanese/eastern reviewers are giving the game good scores? Famitsu gave it a 35 out of 40 while Polygon gave it a 4.5 out of 10. I find it crazy that a game’s getting bashed for being “sexist” and “misogynistic”. I keep thinking “maybe it’s a cultural thing” but at the same time I’m going “western reviewers a totally afraid to like this game because feminisim”.
