I hope Udon prints enough and doesn’t underprint these…these are the FULL COMICS…anyone who is somewhat of a fan would pick this up and just love it. It’s a great collection! I hope they include the original cover of the first edition somewhere in there…it was nice too.
I think last time they printed only 5000 copies of the original ultimate edition and ran out before many on amazon got their hands on it.
All of the above is in comic book stores. Picked up the Ultimate Edition Vol. 2 and the SF Gaiden Vol. 2 book myself. I can’t speak for Amazon and book stores like Barnes & Noble or Borders. They use different dates for everything.

Udon just announced the Street Fighter Ultimate Boxed Set & Street Fighter II: The Ultimate Edition Hardcover available only from the Udon Store:
The Boxed Set is $200 (if you order it with the promo code) and limited to 250 copies and includes a sketch by either Long Vo or Omar Dogan, and the SFII Hardcover is $80 (with promo code) and limited to 500 copies.
These look nice, and I like that they aesthetically matched the original hardcover Ultimate Edition.
However, these are also extremely expensive and I wish they’d announced it sooner especially considering the SFII Ultimate Edition Paperback just came out.
I personally ordered the paperback just yesterday, so hearing this is kind of off-putting, although I probably wouldn’t have bought the hardcovers anyway. Paperback is heavy enough.

I saw in Comic Shop News for upcoming solicits for March that Udon is releasing a Monster Hunter art book entitled Monster Hunter Illustrations. Pretty cool!
So yeah since I’m soooo far behind in playing Monster Hunter Freedom 1 for the PSP and Tri for the Wii now at least when fans ask for these monsters in vs. games I’ll at least know who the heck they are talking about, maybe.
