Will his c. jab cancel to rush punch in this game? It seems for most characters lp and lk don’t cancel to specials, instead mp and mk do. That’d be great if Rog’s jab is cancelable.
Don’t need a cross-up when you have a full-screen low that’s safe on block and can be cancelled out of into throw. That EX dash low is fucking nuts. And our jump-ins are usually some of the best in the game to compensate, j.hk looks as strong as it was.
Had a brainfart. Idk the specifics of his rush punches but we look like we’ll have a lot of active frames to work with, might be able to get + on block dash punch pressure from throws with the right set-up. Maybe make dash lows safe or the v-skill spinning hook, there are possibilities though.
The CapcomFighters stream did a better job at showing the character off tbh. I wish they would have given Floe an hour or two with him, he would have done some sick stuff.

Worth the watch, they showed off how mobile he actually is. Balrog can essentially get in your face from anywhere on screen within probably 14~23 frames with dash punch xx v-skill. His forward mobility is pretty insane, factor in the pressure he can apply and the mind games you can set-up from it as well? This guy is gonna be a problem in the right hands. PR_Rog is gonna go HAM
