Although I’d see Ryu adjusting all the fireball shit he does from Wave Motion(Hadou) to whatever that shit is that Oro pulls out of his nose and chuckes at people(Yagyou Dama), rather than picking up Tengu Stone. Then again, this is Shin Ryu, training under the oldest of the ODBs.

Ryu- The End boss for Akuma, Sagat, Ken, Mel, Sakura, Gouken’s daughter, Sean. Learns a weaker version of Tengu Stone as a special attack weaker then Hadouken. Is fully in control of his Hadou(i.e. no SNH). Sub-Boss for Guy, Yun, Yang, Dee Jay and Batsu. Ryu’s Sub-Boss is Sagat and his End is Akuma.
Ken- Sub-Boss for Mel and Sean. Ken’s Sub-Boss is Mel and His end is Ryu. He wasn’t going to enter because he began his retirement last week but he entered to legally beat his son Mel for entering against his wishes.
Akuma- End Boss for Ryu. His End Boss is Ryu and his Sub-Boss is Bison.
Sagat- Sub-Boss for Ryu. His Sub-Boss is Mel or Dee jay. His End Boss is Ryu. Enters for Ryu. EX Tiger Uppercut is Tiger Blow.
Mel- blah blah. His Hadouken is the fastest and weakest. Shoryuken is a weaker one-hitter but can be followed up by Air Tatsumaki. Tatsumakisenpukyaku knocks you into juggle like Akuma and can be followed by an HK Shoryuken->Air Tatsumaki. SA1 is a SNK-like Ranbu super. SA2 is a really strong slow kick like Ryo’s super punch that guard breaks if blocked and does massive damage/dizzies if it hits, unparriable. SA3 is Shoryureppa.
Bison- No cap on head. Long black hair. No metal armor. Black and red outfit, skinny. Psycho Shot is qcb+p. Psycho Crusher is the same command and is four hits on a block, EX goes half screen and is four hits on block and hit. Knee Press can be performed in the air, is two hits and the non EX versions do not knockdown. d/b 2 sec, u/b->f+K for instant overhead Knee Press. EX Knee Press is two slightly stronger LK Knee Presses, the first does not knock down but the second does for four hits. For the Head Stomp one of his feet land before the other for combo two hits and after that he can come back for an Air Knee Press or Devil’s Reverse. SA1 is Super Psycho Crusher, SA2 Knee Press Nightmare, SA3 is the Psycho Cannon from SF:EX.
Leaked news about Street Fighter 4!!!
Here’s some news I heard leaked from CapcomUSA about Street Fighter 4.
It takes place one year after Third Strike. M. Bison beat Gill and has a new Shadowlaw organization.
Guile is M.Bison’s new admiral, he has red eyes and a Cybernetic arm, he even has a new name: Cyber-Guile. He has Cyber-Sonic Boom and Cyber-Flash Kick and he shoots you with a cyber fist as a super. He’s a bad-ass.
Sagat is back and has now lost his other Eye, he is in the Tournament to finally get Revenge with Ryu once and for all! He has a scar on his knee from Ryu’s crouching middle kick. He now has three Tiger Shots, one high, one low and one middle.
Ryu is back to finally find out who is stronger out of him and Akuma. Ryu can summon the ghost of Gouken and the Ghost of Gen (even though they had nothing to do with each other, Gen has become one of Ryu’s special moves out of complete vengeance for his sworn rival and enemy and foe: Akuma.)
Ryu is Older.
Ken is still in the series because he is Ken. He is wearing a red gi and has a super attack where Mel masters comes out and does a hurricane kick.
Dudley is still there and has exactly the same moves as in Third Strike, but he is there because Balrog is there and they fight each other now.
Fei Long is back! He probably has no place in the complex storyline but it is necessary to bring him back because some people thought he was a ‘cool and original character design.’ And because Bruce Lee was a good martial Artist.
Haggar is in Street Fighter 4 because he is looking for revenge against…Sodom, yeah that’s it Sodom!
Sodom is there too, to get revenge against Haggar.
Chun Li is now the end boss and is evil and has red eyes.
E.Honda, Blanka Dhalsim and Zangief are the new 4 kings of Shadowlaw.

I had a few ideas for a Street Fighter 4/Street Fighter Omega game, mainly character and story wise.
Ken’s got cancer and is dying, so he can’t fight, but he wants to see his good friend Ryu one last time. Unfortunately he’s lost contact with him over the years, but his son comes up with a plan. Hold another Street Fighter tournament.
So Ken, with his millions and millions of dollars sets up a new Street Fighter tournament, knowing that Ryu won’t be able to resist. Too bad everyone else has their own plans for the tournament.
Unknown to Ken, his son’s built up a lot of resentment towars his father. Over the years Ken’s skipped on him for tournaments and training sessions with Sean, so he’s pretty jaded and jealous and has a mad on hate for Sean. He’s planning to use the tournament to show that he’s better than Sean by beating him into a coma, of course neither Sean nor Ken realise this. To make matters even worse he’s been taking bad advice from Urien, who’s the real mastermind behind this whole thing. He’s figured out what the “two opposite forces colliding” thing really means.
Of course where one thong brother is the other isn’t far behind. So Gill shows up, and also Alex would still be kicking around.
Chun Li by this time is dead, murdered by a mysterious assailant. But she has a daughter, an adopted daughter, the girl she rescued from Urien. She’d take Chun Li’s place and be out looking to avenge Chun Li’s death.
There’d be another character who seems to fight like Ken and Ryu, but there’s something off about it, but he’d still be pretty bad ass. Long story short, he’d be Dan’s son. The fighting gene just skipped a generation. He’s whole deal would simply to show that his father’s fighting style is the strongest, but he’s taken it beyond anything Dan ever dreamed of.
I keen Yun and Yang, but I hadn’t really come up with anything or them to be doing.
I hadn’t really come up with anything for Chun Li’s killer either. I was thinking of having it be Q as some sort of Shadowloo doomsday weapon, or maybe another Cammy clone or something. I dunno.
For Ryu, well… Ryu would be Akuma’s equal in every way shape and form. He’d join the tournament knowing that the time for the final battle between himself and Akuma had come and that only one of them would be walking away.
Unknown to him and everyone else however…that’s just what Urien wants. The two opposites colliding that will bring about the end of the world is the final battle between Ryu and Akuma.

Actually, I like the idea of Bison not being all super buff and shit like in the Alpha series. However, I wouldn’t want him to be too skinny. I would prefer something similar to his CVS2 style.

Sf2 happened, we got a diverse game. We wanted to see what happened to the characters and we get new crap.
Nothing is resolved, alot of people may not care but shit if your a fan of Street Fighter and wait a long ass time for the next game to come out it’s only reasonable that you wanna know what happened to the old characters.
According to capcom, ryu and akuma will never resolve shit, sagat and ryu won’t resolve shit, ken will never get the chance to catch up. They build up a story and then act like it never happened, it may be more about the game play but just look at other series.
Halloween, the first one had micheal myers and then they release some bull shit that has nothing to do with it? Were the fans pissed? Yea! Why? Cuz we’re not here to see some new shit, we’re paying to see the rest of the story and maybe it’s just not cool to do that after the first big chapter of a story.
Sf2 is a classic , it is THE biggest chapter of the whole cannon, then we get the alpha games to reinforce that chapter and your telling me you’ll hopscotch over the next and most interesting chapter to talk about some new shit no one cares about.
It’s no wonder the fans are pissed, you can call me a classic character whore, but i ain’t, i’m a street fighter whore and there’s a difference.
That’s just a big no no, you don’t make a spin off until the meat of the story is resolved.
Look at Cheers, look at friends, the spin offs don’t happen at the height of the popularity, and that’s all sf3 is, a spin off, whole new system, 80% new characters and hardcore fans still don’t get their due.

*4 players fighting at once like Guilty Gear Isuka.
*Selectable super combos like in 3rd strike.
*Full sprinting forward instead of hopping like in King of Fighters games. You can dash forward too, but you can sprint also.
*Tag system.
*Guard meter so you can gaurd crush.
GAMEPLAY IF THIS IS 3D:
*Sidestep button which the EX games did not have.
*A button for blocking, but pressing back is good too.
*Make juggles harder, because juggles are cheap.
*Crouch throws. To throw people who are crouching to prevent turtling.
*Full sprinting, sliding, trampling, tackling just like Tekken.
*Everyone has a parry. Parry system.
*Short hops. Jump over leg sweeps but land much sooner so you are in position to counter quicker.
*Make speeds, movement and weight realistic.

*Destructible environments with uneven terrain and multi-tiers.

Bison’s outfit is class, it should remain the same. The design of the armor could change, but in general it should remain the same. Red, with cap, shoulder pads, wrist armor and leg armor. I’m liking the idea of a female Bison, Rose wearing his outfit but she is 100% Bison. For effect, her voice could be a demon/man’s voice. That would be scary! 
I like the idea of the Psycho Canon becoming part of Bison’s arsenal.
like i said earlier, i really want isuka gameplay as a bonus option for those who want a break from 1v1. also doau live features definently need in, a lot of people in mainstream will end up playing this using their console. if we can add extra bonus stuff like isuka gameplay or doau live lobby type games it can appeal more to the casual gamers looking for a party game.
for us the hardcore, we can play without those bonuses.
