That said, if you do get the PC version you probably won’t have much to post in this thread. The PC people overall seem to be much more polite than those on consoles…or maybe that’s just me.

I noticed the “nicer” community of players during the little while I could play AE online, although in general I don’t get a lot of rage.

What a coincidence. I swear that Street Rager guy also sent me some angry messages on the PC version of SSFIV as well.

I never said that there weren’t any…there just seemed to be less of it overall.
I hope it stays that way on PC. I like having an online experience where people don’t swear at me every other game for winning.

Pretty good match but I beat him fairly convincingly. I send him a “GG” and he kicks me and responds “my n*ts yo mouth”.
I couldn’t resist retorting “i wasn’t the one sucking”.
Who are these guys who kick you after one loss… I didn’t experience anything like this in SF4. I joined >10 rooms only two of those let me play more than 1 match… :sad:

I take back my previous statement. People on the PC version of SF x TK seem to be just as bad as on consoles. I just fought this guy (DIGITALL) who, after I beat him in the first round convincingly with my new Law/Heihachi team (first ever game playing Law I might add), he plugs in a mic and starts calling me cheap, saying that my sex-life must be non-existant because I practice so much, that I’m not even good because I just mash the same combo (which is hard not to do because if he’s jumping all the time I only really have one way to start a combo with Law). Meanwhile all he does is jump back HK, cr.mk DP all day. Doesn’t even bother to try and tag to make the DP’s safe. He continues to say that I’m not even good because I just do the same combo. So to mix things up I hit confirm into a LP fury fist rush, cr.hp into super. He then says “yup, same combo every time. I’m just gonna quit so you don’t get any points.” And then proceeds to rage quit.
I don’t mind being called a scrub and a noob for beating them (since I’m guilty of the same thing when I lose sometimes, though I never send messages as a result), but I get irritated when people try to interpret your life through the game. Plus, I really get annoyed when people try to act like their “cool” just because they’ve had sex before, or try to put you down because they assume that you haven’t. It might just be me but I think that sex is something that you do with someone you truly love; someone you truly care about. Someone that you’d marry. Not something to do just because “everyone else is doing it, it makes you cool.”
I don’t want to dictate anyone else’s life. But I think that people should respect that there are still people who believe that sex is something sacred, not something that should be done as a pastime.
Sorry about the long post, but that’s been on my chest for a while and that game with DIGITALL just magnified it.
On that note, maybe I should look on the bright side. I finally figured out how to make people salty. Maybe now I’ll be able to share more stories with you all!
