Well, it did, but instead of hitting Heihachi, who had tagged in and was the closest to Juri when the super started, Ken was drawn up and KOed. Was still quite a WTF moment.

I play Guile, and I never get tired of people messaging me telling me to “play like a man” or “stop throwing booms”. It’s especially fun when they’re playing Hugo and Gief, and they’ve got a few thousand BPs. You know they understand that Guile needs to zone them, but they’re so frustrated that they send scrub messages anyway.

Okay, so I(Hwoarang/Juri) got beaten fairly by a Ryu/Rufus player, winning the 2nd round but losing the 3rd in the process, and the guy sends me ‘no jumping bitch’

Played some guy using assist gems he lit up everytime I did xio’s oh but I still won then he sent me hate mail “good luck when that little bitch gets nerfed” I was like really

It seems that playing Hugo equals cheating and getting abused. Last part made me lol, makes me look like a rapist and he was a victim. This coming from a player who used Ryu/Rolento/Bison with assist gems. Then he demanded that I had to stop using Hugo, “cuz only noobz use him”. Scrub mindset FTW!

Tottally agree with mango. Hugo is so predictable. When I zone in and out they lose it and they become vulnerable to surprise attacks. I find Gief to be much harder than Hugo.
haha, he started messaging me too, after we teamed up. Complaining about Hugo, saying he wouldve won if it wasnt’t for him.

True. Most of his moves are punishable (Lariat for instance). Simply zoning him out and you should be safe. The moment he has the momentum, Hugo is a beast. Under pressure, not so much.

This is a good (and slightly absurd) one… had a few matches with another competitive fighting game known as Ocelotlikespie. We recently became friends a month ago, after having a SSFIV show down.
As I predicted, he was quite good at the game, in spite of being a D rank - (Uh… I’m a D rank myself though - I hate going on ranked).
He used Asuka and Hwoarang and I used Ogre and Bison. (Neon colors, Pit Stop 109, stupid-ass gem activation = Troll-o-Clock)So nothing really fancy… There were lights flashing every where. Both of us were kicking each others ass left and right, and a few random Cross-Assaults too…
Towards the end we BOTH use our Super Arts Ogre vs Asuka. NEITHER one of us were paying attention to the clock.
I charged my Super and Ocelot’s Asuka used her last two meters for his Super. They both charged… and OGRE’S Super connects, thus introducing us to a Oscar winning movie of him destroying the shit out Asuka - right when when his elbow gets stuck on Asuka’s face, the screen freezes for like 3 seconds! Then Ogre continues the attack - We both laughed our asses off. At the moment Ogre changes into the True Ogre form for the final strike… TIME OUT! And, I barely won it!
He messages me saying:
“That was just beautiful. Prettiest time out I’ve ever seen.”
I forgot to post these… Yes, I finally received some HATE.MAIL. 
Needless to say, he was pretty frraaayy… I replied the usual “stay salty, stay free.” to which he replied: “Stay ugly, stay no life, stay fat.”. He got me there. 
Now this is the funniest one:
What makes it funny is that this guy actually won (barely) AND was using an auto-block gem. o_O But he was still filled with rage and salt and felt the need to send me a bunch of messages to express his mixed emotions.

btw that guy was with someone else, a pretty legit Sim player (no auto-block on his part). That Dhalsim player was actually doing all the work while our little Ogre prick was just standing there looking pretty and depleting meter to auto-block until time out… Funny thing is I was still raping him but auto-block still manage to give him the win by time out before I got the chance to kill.
So I’m fighting this guy running a shoto team earlier today and he seemed a little inexperienced (I’m still trying to climb my way out of the low ranks, mind you). It was a decent fight, he wasn’t that tough but I didn’t body him or anything, just won the fight. But at the win quote screen I hear him on his mic swearing like crazy. I just decided to ignore it and move onto the next match, but when I find another person to play shoto guy sends me a voice message. Since I’m not exactly the type of person to feed off salt, I considered unworthy of my time and continued playing, but later curiosity got the best of me.
It was just your standard hate mail, fag this pussy that. What I thought was funny was the fact that he didn’t even have his mic plugged in until the end of the match, so i can only imagine this guy yelling at the me whole game, then fumbling to get his headset on to talk shit, realizing I’m gone, then sends me a message. Because the win I stole from him can’t go unjust, he demanded justice…by calling me a pussy :\

So this guy runs into me while I’m playing with my friend, Django, and we’re just trying to get Django to get a real good grasp of the game. However, after he beats Django (who has 500 BP, and I have 17700), he tells Django ‘I’ve seen you on youtube, you’re a joke’
This makes Django disinterested in continuing team game so he can practice new characters. I resume ranked. I run into him again.
I smoke the shit out of him.
