EDIT: a reved launcher is different and so iss a reved helm splitter.
the frame thing is kind of tricky. obvious that capcom didn’t want this feature abused at low level play.

GreyFoxx - Doubt it, but the second part of the demo is almost around where the first one ends anyway.
u guys havent mention the cancel combos. heres one i was doin and got sss like 3 times. /,/\ (pause)/,/,/. theres a few more but u can figure it out lol.game is gona b sick.fukin love it alrighty. now gota wait what 12 days lol.
Eh, not really cancel combos, it’s just that DMC has those “pause” combo strings. There ARE cancels in DMC, though. You can cancel a lot of moves once you learn their breakpoints. You can jump-cancel most everything, too (including jump-cancelling off an opponent’s head during ariel moves, which i happen to find hysterical).

I have dmc3 SE burned on my ps2. i could get DMC 1 and burn that off my ps2 off a friend.
ive played dmc 1 for about 5 hours back in the day and i remember there being better jumping and controls all around imo.
the jumping in this demo seems so stiff and you hardly move anywhere in the air, moves like a tank. perhaps god of war and Viewtiful joe have spoiled me.
I love a challenge with my games, but only when i know the game is beating me legit and not because of whack controls. Viewtiful joe and god of war are legit in my eyes, the controls are spot on and responsive. Ill try devil may cry 1 and 3 on hard to see whats up before i decide if i want to buy 4 or not.
:u: All of the jumping in DMCs have been exactly the same. It really isn’t used too much to cover ground. Screw hard mode, play Dante Must Die mode.
@ dio- remmeber this is jus a demo. u can change ur controls in the real game.ur gona have TEN TIME more shit the game so dont worry bout whtas in the demo. the game itself is godly. wat we gota hope for that it isnt short
