Capcom of Japan. The problem with them is that, unless you can read them, you can’t always tell whether something’s serious or not. Most do have lots of authentic rough sketches amongst the jokes, which is a rarity for especially Zero 3 and 2nd Impact.
Crap:
There are two sites I know of that would have had such info. ONe is DarkLancer’s Arcade Page, which has long been lost to the annals of history. The other is Dash Taisen (www.dashtaisen.com), run by Dash no Chris, which isn’t around any more either, but you can check out parts of it at archive.org.
Otherwise, I got a lot of my info just from hanging around SRK’s predecessor, the alt.games.sf2 newsgroup. I’ve come across random bits in other odd places as well (e.g. the very first instance I ever encountered the “Poison is a male” thing was in a 2I Hugo FAq on Gamefaqs! One that apparently no one else bothered to read, since I was the first ome to raise a public hue and cry about it).
An aside:
Does anyone have this book by any chance? I’m still looking for frame data books. Though I think I would be satisfied if this book just had the pictures and names of all attacks. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
I got that XSF book I mentioned a while back but I haven’t actually gotten my hands on it - it’s by my grandmother’s house and someone has to send it to where I am.

As for that Art book, since Udon eventually brings everything they sell at cons to comic book shops I’m just gonna wait it out this time. They take an incredibly long time sending stuff that’s not in stores out to you in my experience.
Crap - The SF EX Thread was in the SF Comics Forum here at SRK. I mod that forum. Trust me, it’s gone. Don’t know how those things happen but they just do… Not that it really matters, we’ve gone over the bulk of everything in that thread here in our discussions sooo…
Anyway, last Wednesday I sent back my copy of SVC Card Fighters DS to SNKP to be replaced because of the glitch that went through all of the carts. So I haven’t been putting up any bios 'cuz I stopped playing. Once it comes back I will resume if there’s not some faq out there that covers this already.
On a slightly related note, the third disc of the Captain N DVD set had a similar blooper, it was missing an entire scene. So Shout! Factory is doing the same thing SNKP is, you have to send the third disc back to them so they can replace it.
I sent that in last Wednesday too. So that day for me was the day I sent stuff back to companies that had Capcom characters in it day. Would be really funny if I got both of them back the same day too.

Progress report that no one cares about - I got my third DVD of Captain N back today! Still haven’t gotten back my SVC DS cart. So on the Capcom side of things, green out of character Megaman and Dr. Wily win!
Good news, the SF cover artist answered some more questions, we still aren’t through the whole interview but he gave some comments on US art of which we didn’t know who made it.
General question:
