Adon’s jaguar kicks: no advantage over the other as far as number of impacts; you’ll get hit once at most and you’ll get scraped once at most.
Ah, I see. Well, that’s not what “hit/block advantage” refers to. Hit advantage is listed as how many frames your character recovers after performing a move before the opponent’s hit stun from that move ends. Block stun is similar, except it’s for how many frames your character recovers after your opponent’s block stun ends.
Guy’s standing Hard Kick has a large window of hit advantage after it, because it links to standing Hard Punch very easily. If I were to guess, I’d imagine that it gives something like +10 (which means that it recovers 10 frames before the opponent’s hit stun ends). Since Guy’s standing Hard Punch has a start up of 5, this would mean that you have 5 frames with which to link it after a standing Hard Kick. That may only be 1/12 of a second, but that is a HUGE window in fighting game time.
All ground-based attacks (normal/special/super/whatever) have hit/block advantage, and it can either be positive or negative (you can see these values in books like ALl About Third Strike and the CvS2 guide book). Jumping attacks generally don’t have hit/block advantage listed because it depends on when the jump attacks are performed, so it’s far to variable to list.

Well, like I posted before the thread monster ate my post, I picked up SNK vs Capcom Cardfighters DS. Every character in the game has a bio! Here’s some of the Capcom ones, mainly focusing on all the SF cards I have so far heh heh!
Just to point out, you can see the bios of the cards your enemy is playing, so some I read but I don’t have these cards yet. So it does say that Poison is a man in her bio (It’s also stated that Poison is a man in the SVC Chaos Hong Kong comic translated in the US, I keep forgetting to mention that) and it says something along the lines of some people think that Roxy’s her sister. Maybe this is further indication that Roxy is a female now much like it says in the CCC Final Fight bios, which we know were approved by Capcom of Japan. Well take that as you will.
For Zangief, it doesn’t say… well, you know what but there is a strange comment on how he likes to comb his chest hairs and then it reads something like “Eeew.”
For Huitzil AKA Phobos - we know that those robots wiped out generations of people whenever they got too powerful, so at least I always assumed that meant Babylon, the fall of Egypt, the fall of Alexander the Great’s reign etc. But they make a special note about them wiping out the dinosaurs in their bio, which is pretty cool and they were certainly placed on Earth by Pyron long ago enough heh heh!
So bios I have. If there’s some SNK ones anyone wants to see let me know and I’ll tell you if I have it. Ditto for other Capcom ones, I’m mostly focusing on SF, DS, FF, and Captain Commando for the most part. You’ll note a few typos and grammatical errors like ‘landhe’ and ““Sorry”” - those are SNK’s mistakes and not mine.

This wild boy survived alone in the Amazon when his plane crashed emits electric shocks as an electric eel would. His iron anklets remain from his reunion with his parents but who parent’d such a thing. His real name’s Jimmy, it seems.
CAPTAIN COMMANDO
He’s an enigma who has a mind like a computer and a steel-hard physique who leads a band of heroes, Team Commando. On his hands he wears Power Gloves that let him use special moves and help keep the peace in his beloved Capcom World!
DHALSIM
Dhalsim uses his yoga power to earn money street fighting to feed his son Dada and work on his yoga fighting skills. He also can spit fire and teleport in the air so he need not fight to get food money for his wife of who’s 17.
METAL ZANGIEF (Appears in the Marvel / Capcom games)
Given a metal body by the kindly chaps at Shadaloo, he’s now able swig vodka and spit it out as fire breath. He’s been all metalized but can no longer defend himself. Regretting his new condition, he hopes to get back to normal.
NECRO
Taken by Gill’s syndicate and made into a bioweapon by Dr. Kure, this Russian youth stretches like a rubber band. His cells also emit electric charges, and he was saved by Effie when it looked like he was set for termination.
Q
Q’s the elusive man clad in a trenchcoat, hat and eerie metal mask making him look robotic. Some think he looks otherwise. He’s sought by the CIA as a key witness in a number of bizarre events. Good luck getting this guy to talk!
Q-BEE
Makai resident who lives on the grounds of the Dohma clan. A social race, Q is its queen and her hunger is insatiable. She loves to feed on males and hides her beauty that serves to lure in her prey.
R. MIKA
Her real name’s Mika Nanakawa who dreamt of becoming a real pro wrestler as a young girl so she started to street fight. She looks up to Zangief as her idol and takes advantage of her passion to realize her one and only true ambition.
RIKUO
He was once the king of a subterranean kingdom in a lake near the Amazon that was destroyed by a volcano. The eruption was caused by the approach of Pyron and he hunts him down to avenge his kingdom and dead subjects.
SAKURA (TANNED)
This Sakura’s tan and uses the same moves as Akuma but doesn’t appear all of a sudden to beat Bison senseless. It’s still not clear if she can use the Satsui no Hadou or smash Ayer’s Rock with a single chop but she looks good!
SEAN
An all-around college athlete from Brazil, he coerced Ken to make him his disciple after seeing him in a fighting match. He’s far from Ken in actual ability but he knows his Ps and Qs thanks to being raised by his kindly grandfather.
T.HAWK
A proud Native American and Thunderfoot tribe warrior whose 7’6"" size belies his kind character, he seeks revenge. Hawk pursues the Man of Blue Light who killed his dad Arroyo and stole his holy landhe wants Bison!
URIEN
Kid broghter of Gill, leader of a mysterious syndicate, he hopes to beat him and take his place as the leader. They don’t see eye to eye but choose the same type of fashion. This guy loves to show off his physique for all to see.
VICTOR GERDENHEIM
A monster who was created by using the dead body of Prof. Victor Von Gerdenheim brought to life by lightning. Victor’s still unable to take in the death of the doctor and believes if he proves he’s the strongest he’ll return.
YANG
Kid brother of Yun with a wild set of bangs and a real cool cucumber unlike his big brother whose parents are crime heads. He’s keen on Hoi Mei who is hot on Yun who knows Hoi is fond of Yun but not Yang… Oh, were we all young again.
ZERO AKUMA (This is the Mecha Akuma/Gouki of Cyberbots) - VA stands for ‘Variant Armor.’
Designed by an engineer who idolized Akuma, this VA is the mightiest and most enigmatic. It’s unlike any other VA… It looks just like Akuma and uses special moves like his. It’s owned by Emperor Death Satan, King of Heldorado.*
