not off the wall , too hilarious
OK, I see the confusion. When you said āHe didnātā you meant it in regards to him not giving credit. I thought you meant it as I was wrong and he did not take that stuff from Gamefaqs.
I never said he credited people. I said all I care about is weither or not heās credited people. Meaning I do not know if he credited people. And by what Vasili10 said, he only sort of did. He needs to credit the people namely Saiki of the quotes he straight up took and posted. Itās one thing if he takes info and writes it down in his own way, but he just took what other people said word for word only adding a few things making the info less accurate. Itās borderline plagerism for crying out loud.
True, true.
Yea, thatās the reason why I never mentioned him in the credits section in the plot guide despite how his post was the one that kicked the whole thing off. Since āhis postā wasnāt really āhis postā, if you know what I mean :karate:
Special thanks to Nightfall of the snk-capcom forums for finding this. The name Urien means āPriveleged Birthā in Welsh. Aināt it creepy how these things work themselves out?
Something very interesting about this picture is that at first glance, it almost looks like Guiles background or some kind of US military base. On closer inspection, however, it is more likely to be a Shadaloo base as the plane has the Shadaloo symbol on it.

Sano, thank you very much for your post about the poster, mohammeda1i thanks for pointing that out.
I still wonder who did the graphics, after all they are all separate graphics just put together for the poster but for example there is one available of Vega (or Bison) only on a white background and on the toy boxes they were separate, too. I never saw them in any art book though. Just like the SFIITurbo art of Sagat and Honda or the SFIICE cover of Vega and Guille.
For those that have the US SNES SF2 Turbo guide from Nintendo, youāll find the same type of art. On the cover, Vegaās in the foreground, in a crouching pose but the exact same facial expression as the poster. The posterās image was also provided as an extra in US GameProās SF2T guide, only difference between the Japanese version is that Vega is actually standing closer to the rest of the warriors, and heās posing at an angle, rather than far away from everyone else, but still on the left side of the poster.
Donāt forget Chun Li vs Blanka and Ryu in the Alley. When the art first came out I remember thinking it looked very ugly, but now nostalgically they seem very appealing indeed!
I would be interested in finding out the artist who did these. I used to think it was Shoei.
Yeah I have a giant poster of that one with all other characters around it on the frame in their totally ugly GIJoe style. The same style is the blanka stand up thing I talked about recently. Also the pinball machine. I remember once a year there was a type of carneval here and they had a rollercoaster (well a very small one compared to American roller coasters) and there were all sorts of drawings on it that had nothing to do with it (ie Donald Duck like Disney rip offs) and they also had Blanka from that picture rolled together like a ball.
I have that pinball machiene in my shed. Really must play that sometime.

Hey no problem!
Vasili10 - I sent you better scans of some of the CFJ quotes, hope they reach you well.
Hereās one more scan from the CFJ strategy guide. this is what you see as soon as you open the book. Itās not new art but I like the composition.

Another question from everyoneās favorite PEST!!
Didnāt some guy get lucky in Japan and won a contest. As a result he got to design a character for a V.S. game? Thatās the way I remember him being made.
Norimaro is part of a comedy team in Japan called āThe Tunnels.ā
Can someone translate what it says here, please?
congratulationās
I know this is old news. But I just want to say congratulations
to Saiki, TiamatRoar and Siegfried for getting put in a contributors !!
Sano are you going to play this game when it comes out? :wonder:
Iām not sure if itās my cup of tea. I donāt think I got enough friends. I read the instructions though. {on a couple of pages back through a link} the whole 20 sided die , Ref , and roleplaying thing is new to me. If I knew enough people though I would give it a shot. {maybe at a convention?} :nunchuck:
Psycho Power J - I canāt translate but at the top it seems to tell you how to get the secondary Midnight Blisses. Hold Jab + Forward + Fierce just as you do the Midnight Bliss. They are also random, You can keep trying in Training Mode and they come out sooner or later.
Gabrielzero - I donāt have any friends who play RPG Board Games, but Iāll be sure to buy the booklets that have SF/DS/RS info at least.
But umā¦

And itās great we got a reply regarding the Manga!
I wish I had that pinball machiene.
I wish I had a shed.
I wish I was a little bit taller I wish I was a ballerā¦
I got some SF stuff nobody got. But there is no way I can put it all on one picture, that would be a panorama or a giant poster. Do any of you have that crazy pachinko machiene?
Is saiki still alive? What about those Ojou-san pics he was talking about?
