Special thanks for Beelzebubble for pointing this out to me. It’s the Anti-Sano Thread! BB thinks I actually care if I’m called a Troll for always defending Capcom!

SSFII guide book
Here’s one, it’s from one of the nontechnical pages of the book, that feature info for the fans. I might scan the whole page sometime so one of you can try to translate it. This manga has Feilong and Ken.
Here’s one of Chun-Li but the Zangief one is the weirdest (I’ll show you that one later, don’t want to wast it all at once).
You still wanna know that stuff about Gouki’s stage from the SSFIIXR book? What exactly was it again?
The mangas actually look way better than on the pics I may add.
Sure, I was just wondering if there’s a way to fight him as a CPU opponent besides in the Time Attack. I have a feeling that there isn’t, and Capcom played a nasty on people by glitching the game in other regions if you tried the old method of a perfect game.
Thanks for the mangas. Keep’em coming!
Is this the fan book where all the speculations come from?

Here’s another manga this one is about Zangief. I don’t get it. At all.
Also got one of Cammy but it’s black and white and not that good.
Cool. Thanks again. Nope, that’s not the Fanbook; you meant the one I did a summary on, right? What does your book on Revival show about Gouki?
Still working on the secret file stories, stay tuned…
Problem with MMcafe boards
Hey Sano,is there something wrong with the MMCafe boards because I enter the site and it comes up normally but the last update is listed Friday evening and when I try to post a new thread,it doesn’t.I’m worried that somehow I got in a way cut off from posting in the site.Do you have this problem man?Let me know as soon as you have some time.Looking forward to hearing from you.Catch you later.
Yeah, I have the same problem! Me and Beelzebubble worked through our differences and I want to apologize to him on the CFJ 2 Thread, but I can’t do it just yet, oooh… he’s a good guy. Him calling me a Troll doesn’t really bother me but apparently my comments bothered him, so… well… I don’t need anymore On-Line enemies if I can avoid them!
The SF Comics Forum here at SRK had the same exact problem a while too, and nothing could be Posted there for a few days. I wonder if some sort of Virus is going around or something.
Don’t think so, on his page next to his profile and drawing it says you need 5000 VS Points. I guess that means you need 5000 to get to the time attack mode, haven’t played GBA in a long time. Same for Shin Gouki with 9999 points. Or maybe you need these points to get to fight him in arcade mode?
Do any of you have some of these Bandai Street Fighter cards with the super deformed look? I got a few decks now and wonder if there was a site that has scans of them or something. Thinking about making one.
It’s tough to read clearly, but here’s what I got could make out of both. Maybe someone else could fill in/correct what I missed?
Dudley’s the WBAF king. He’s had 31 bouts, all KO’s. He’s defended his title 7 times. His trainer is Tomochi Highhill (Highheel?). His American peer is is Mike Stowan, and I think his nickname is the Mysterious Scarlet Footprint. Local word in Scotland Yard says his favorite car is missing.
Ibuki’s episode (if it’s true) takes place in Metro City. Shopper Cindy is a witness, and the rescued victim is a 3-year-old girl named Linda. (this story takes a bit of imagination) Linda falls off a bridge (Haggar Cross, close to Metro City Main Street and Jessica Walk where Cindy’s coming from) when a giant gondola? passes under and resonates the bridge together with a high wind. The gondola’s carrying at least one army tank (I’m thinking Rolento’s SFZ2 ending) as well. Ibuki smashes out of a glass wall to save Linda as she’s plummeting, and they end up falling 160 meters by the time Ibuki’s slowed them both with a safety rope. It continues to say that Ibuki contributes to a bust of some kind, possibly smuggled stuff hidden in the tank. Basically a freak would-be accident develops into a larger crime bust. The story writer/reporter is Randy Itsuno. Weird.
hey man! i pmed you this morning but your pm box is full apparently. i was just gonna say no need to make a public apology, to be honest i wasn’t looking for an apology, i just wondered how you came to the conclusion i was doing a 180… its all good now though and i appreciate the sentiment.
cya round some cfj threads
So Ibuki’s the only new character in SF3 that can be called a hero.
Intriguing.
More or less. You appropriately changed your avatar I see.
That Ibuki story in metro city is just straaaange.
Yeah. Appropriately.
Not for a secret file.
I still can’t imagine Donchan to be a ninja. In my (very personal) opinion, it should always be added to the plot guide if an information is from a secret file and not a serious official source.
I think Tiamat has Dhalsims SFA2 motive a little messed up. An illness has hit his village and he is street fighting in order to afford medicine for his fellow villagers. Thats why the villagers and Sally are thanking Dhalsim in his ending. It has nothing to do w/ evil energy.
Dhalsim was born in Kerala. Its a state in India.
Dhalsim participated in the SF2 tournament in order to afford food for Datta. That was his motive in the original SF2, at least. It mightve changed since Revival was released.
I have a few things to add to vasili10s translation of those articles. Dudleys undefeated in the professional boxing community. Hes the WBAF champion (like vasili10 said) and he has recently mysteriously disappeared from the boxing community. Before he left, he said something like Please prepare tea! Im going out for a while. The article also mentions how a helicopter (theyre probably referring to the one that appears in one of Dudleys win poses) and a classic green car have been spotted in several places all over the world. This odd spectacle usually surprises people/the spectators and it caused fear among some people in the United States. People arent sure if these incidents have anything to do w/ Dudleys sudden dissapearance.
Im not certain, but its possible that Dudley wasnt a champion during SF3DI and had become champion by the time of SF3TS. I could be wrong.
The rose garden in Dudleys SF3TS ending once belonged to his father. Below are the kinds of roses in bloom in the garden:
St. Swithun
Abraham Darby
Uncle Walter
Dainty Bess
Ibuki quickly vanished after rescuing Linda, so no one was able to identify her.

Ive heard from many SF-related websites that Zangief began participating in illegal pro wrestling after leaving the Russian wrestling federation. Could you check AAC or something to find out if this is true or not? Thanks!
Speaking of which, I remember reading through Gill’s SF3NG bio and it mentioned that Gill has summoned the street fighters from all over the world with the ultimate goal of obtaining their skills. I never really understood what that meant.
According to my overactive imagination (which is 99% wrong), he probably wants the Steet Fighters to be under his protection when the world’s destroyed so when the human race rebuilds under Gill’s tutelage, he’ll have a ton of powerful humans that can teach other humans about fighting, thus creating a race of superhumans!
No, seriously, I don’t know why he does that, but wasn’t NG retconned by DI?
Yes, SI or 2I (more accurate than DI) overrides NG, but the info for pretty much all returning SF3 characters just carried on over to SI from NG because there was no sourcebook strictly for SI to my knowledge. The majority of new info for SI came from Hugo, Urien, and Gouki who made their SF3 debuts in SI.
Checking for Zangief, Golden Dragon. Thanks for the extra secret file info. I’m veering however that Dudley was a champion during the time of SI since that article is listed in the NG secret file.
I can’t find anything saying that Zangief got involved in illegal pro-wrestling. Just his style is a mix of Russian wrestling and American pro-wrestling.
Tiamat, I think you said in the plot guide that Ibuki and Oro have an unknown connection specified in SF Eternal. The relations chart says Oro is Ibuki’s “learning credit” target, pretty much the explanation you posted for why they fight in 3S.
