I have almost all of those books listed on that Site! I’m only missing some of the SF2V Mangas, I have the beginning and the end of it.
Yeah, those Hong Kong SF Comics are very bad by the way…
It’s in VERY cursive English, it says “leap attack” at one point but before it says something like “when it comes” It might be about fighting styles. I always assumed it was about prophecy or something like that, like the book of Miraha.

Since 99% of the in-game translations that Capcom USA and SNK USA are garbage.

BTW, did Capcom publish any “All About” books for their other games? Namely RE, Mega Man, AvP, and such?
In All About SFIII NG the endings are translated into English, are they correct? Do you know who does the translations for Capcom Japan? I don’t think it’s Capcom USA like it’s stated sometimes by fans, they way the mistakes are (L and R switched etc). I think they just use software for it.
Also for the in game translation that would be great, I saw some for several games in various FAQs at gamefaqs.com, maybe we just have to collect them. Don’t know if they are correct though.
The All About Series is only about Fighters from Capcom, SNK and others. Capcom did however put out a book five years ago for Megaman’s(AKA Rockman) Tenth Anniversary that I have, don’t know if they put out another book for his Fifteenth.

According to PSM’s last Issue, the SF2 Animated Movie that is included with SF AE has terrible quality being that it is on the same disc as the other 2 Games, is Edited and is only in English.:bluu:
They do say what everybody else is saying, SF3 Third Strike is Arcade Perfect so that’s enough reason for me to get it.
And still no word on the winner of the PSM SF2 Cell Phone Vote, and now they have a new vote saying they will have the results of the new vote next month! The new vote is about what PSP Game you are looking forward to the most. I put in my vote for Darkstalkers Chronicles even though I ain’t getting a PSP unless they start having a Hell of a lot more 2D Games. DS is the only 2D Game the PSP is coming out with. Damn Sony, are they trying to rub out 2D Games on Handhelds too now that they’ve done everything possible to rub them out on consoles?(Mainly Sony USA.)

Oh, and I can’t believe when I was discussing other characters in Japanese Fiction that split apart and recombined like Vega and Rose did that I forgot about Morrigan and Lilith. Lilith was formless when she was seperated and later became Lilith, but once again two combine into one.

I think it’s hard to say for sure, but in principle anyone has the potential to reach this level since the point about RS is that power all comes from the spirit

It is true that she gave up idolizing Ryu, but this is mainly because of the different ways they approach fighting. They are still friends, and Sakura is still interested in fighting based on her continuing participation in such as Marvel vs Capcom 2 or Capcom vs SNK (referred to in PJ).
The SFA series occurring in the late 1980s is according to the SF continuity. According to RS continuity, Sakura’s adventures in SFA2 and SFA3 occurred in in 1999-2000. Basically, RS changes the timeline.

Daigo lost to Hyo as well and he’s also considered a legend^^;;; Seriously, Sakura is considered a legend because of how her ability progressed so quickly, remembering that she only started training not very long ago, and yet she surpassed many people who have so much more experience. She shows (and I try to bring out in Legend of Spring^^) that it’s not how long you’ve been training, but the spirit with which you approach the training which is most important

In Evolution 2 (this information is also in the Trivia section of Sakura’s profile page), it is expected that an edit character is at least as strong as Ryu by the time he/she enters second year. But the edit character is still hinted to be weaker than many of the RS gang throughout the game. So most of the RS gang can be expected to be significantly stronger than Ryu.

Apologies for shifting the topic to something completely unrelated, but I always wondered if Gen is the character eating in the background of Chun Li’s stage in 3S. It certainly seems to be although Tiamat’s guide doesn’t mention this, opting for the suggestion that he probably dies after Alpha 3.
Hmm, Gen in Chun Li’s stage in 3S? I checked through her stage in the game, but didn’t see any strong Gen look-alikes. AAC doesn’t report any SF1 character appearances in SF3, so it’s most likely not him; yeah he probably is long gone by then.
