After decided to do the un-GD like thing of actually researching this shit, go ahead and sue. Itās Targetās fault for keeping the security on their card swiping terminals that peoples credit card #'s get stolen and your CC providers fault for not providing you with any warning.
So basically the credit card company put a freeze on your card because there was a chance that someone stole your information and could have run up your credit thus putting you to owning 10s of thousands of dollars depending on your limit. Potentially opening up more credit card accounts under your name. So because they helped to protect you from credit card fraud you want to sue them, got it.
