I did not know that by adding non-Steam games to my Steam library and launching it from there would make my Switch Pro controller work without having to download a bunch of drivers. Would’ve saved me a big headache back when I was using PS Now.
Just mentioning this because Trails from Zero geofront patch is finally out and they added Switch Pro controller layout in the in-game options too.

Capcom and SNK were different in the sense that capcom decided to make games for consoles and SNK decided to make their own console.

It would be nice if the “Ultimate Alliance” formula was shamelessly farmed out to at least a few other things I like… imagine:
^with huge rosters of playable characters; potential for all kinds of crazy fantasy team-ups. Both of these would be an absolute day 1 purchase for me (if made exactly like MUA3 or better), especially if the villains of those franchises were included as playable, of course. Naturally you go all out with the alternate versions of characters too-- imagine Superman has his classic uniform as default, of course…but you could unlock all the variants we’ve ever seen in cartoons, comics, tv and movies… over in the anime game—say you got Ichigo Kurosaki in his regular shinigami outfit, or Ichigo in his normal school student uniform, or his outfit from the final story of the manga, or young version Naruto in the stupid ass orange jumpsuit, or the adult Naruto, or the various outfits for Piccolo and Vegeta, etc. etc. Naturally any company producing this would also be smiling at all the DLC options this idea presents. (since the days of “unlockable stuff” are over; that’s all dlc now)

It’s not awful, but definitely not great. Doesn’t hold a candle to games that are similar. With tweaks, it could’ve been awesome
It was a mediocre game. Being a two player game and not being able to choose who you play killed it for a lot of people.
That sounds way worse than mediocre.
