With E3 being cancelled physically I guess weāll now have the opportunity to see what the convention would be like if done in a purely digital format. Nintendo and Sony are prepared already, so itās up for the rest of the publishers to try and host prerecorded shows in a similar vein. Could be interesting.

nah this virus isnāt going to stop anytime soon. Itās a safe bet this goes on for at least the next several monthsā¦I think thatās actually the ābest case scenarioā, that it āonlyā goes on for the next several months. The only silver lining at all is that small little bit of satisfaction that the people who downplayed it are looking more foolish and wrong with each passing day. Check out how much of the global map is red at this point. No biggie, right guys? Sure, ok 
This sort of thing was destined to be mankindās greatest weakness as a species in the modern eraā¦because world-travel is so convenient for so many people nowā¦ this combined with the people who are selfish pieces of shit, like the father whose family was supposed to be āself-quarantinedā (which in itself is a joke; in this kind of scenario you donāt āask nicelyā for people to quarantine themselves) that still took his damn daughter to a school dance.

I feel at the rate itās going, ALL the remaining gaming events this year are going to be canceled (or pared down). Gamers and Con-goers are known for terrible hygiene. Hell, if Smash Tournaments are allowed to continue, we might get TequilaVirus out of that shit.

The problem with locking down the virus is there are a small percentage of people who just donāt give a shit. And though its small amount of people its just enough to keep the virus spreading. Example being what are the chances of their being a stereotypical smasher who just got sick showing up to a convention or actually changing their cleaning habits because of this? And it only takes one asshole to spread it.

True plus you can carry the virus for a few weeks and spread it without even showing obvious symptoms. So you could think your fine but accidentally spreading it. For younger healthier people that isnāt going to slow you down but for those with other conditions or weaker immune systems, you can be a death sentence and not even realize it.

Imo it should be canceled considering itās an international event too. But MrWiz already said thereās no plans to. Itās too much money heās missing out on.

Iām fine with everything on PC. Fuck the master race, but itās whatās almost necessary. Iām saying this as someone who plays on PC. Only console I have is the Switch and that too is just to lab my PC games on the go.
