Idk, I’m slowly making it through RE3 and I always have to down zombies at least twice and that’s with headshots. Although sometimes 1 shot and their head blows off.
I heard about that problem in 2, but I didn’t know it’s based on how well you are doing. Couple of my friends thought it was just rng. They’d reload the game and the same zombie would take different amount of shots to die.
It can’t be as bad as the hard mode in Revelations 1. That mode basically forced you to avoid enemies by using the terrible dodge system, which only worked whenever it felt like it.
It seems they were working on something special for Combo Breaker before it was cancelled. They released a massive update anyway.

So I picked up a new TV. Phillips 43" 4K UHD. It was a floor model since every boxed in Walmart was gone. I paid less than $240 for it. I’m stoked! Finally got a new TV after having my 32" Vizio for six years. I get it home, plug it up and I get this.
I messed around with the screen settings all day yesterday and all day today. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of that washed out color look. Gonna have takenl her back. And after digging through my trash because I accidentally threw the receipt away like and moron, I can do that.

@reggieh Your TV is likely in night time mode which is why it has that washed look. I purposely have my 42” LG 4K set to night mode so it’s easier on my eyes (hella bad astigmatism) and it looks very similar
Also, even without a receipt Walmart can still refund you. If you paid with your debit or credit Walmart’s customer service can look up your purchase. If you paid with cash but know the date/rough estimate of the time of purchase they can look it up that way too.
For better or for worse Walmart will always do what they can to make sure customers leave satisfied

They did not do away with it, but they made the damage reduction far less. But it’s absolutely there, to the point where R3Make Speedrun Strats outright hinge on manipulating it to the point where you’ll see runners intentionally take bites and hits on top of shooting into the wall just to make life easier for themselves later.
Good looking out, man. I’m new to 4K UHD TVs so I didn’t even know night time mode was a thing. I’ll look into it and see if I figure out how to turn Nighttime mode off.

The mode may not be called “night time mode” on my tv it’s just a screen filter option called “eye comfort mode” so look out for something that may look similar. It’ll be under the picture options in the settings.
If nothing works out, like I mentioned you have two different avenues of returning the tv
Edit: oh, I forgot, they can also look the tv up by serial number. Which they have to do anyways to finalize the return.

Random and old news probably, but who knew lynels teleported in BOTW? The one above Zora’s domain got stuck on a rock when I snuck up behind it and got some free hits. It couldn’t lock onto me to begin fighting, so poof, it disappeared in a spherical flash of light and reappeared in the center of the area where he normally is so he could engage me.
