In my TLOU2 YT backlash binge, I came across this. It was made 2 years ago, and the dude behind it might as well have a crystal ball. As it came out 2 years ago, it doesn’t mention leaks if you’re worried about being spoiled. But the general agenda he’s talking about is kinda powering the stuff behind the leaks, so… up to you.

Or. Just think for yourself and not really listen to websites and YouTube channels who purposely try to stir shit, fake controversy and purposely take things out of context in order to fit their or their viewers narrative to make money.
I haven’t read any of leaks, or “controversies” or whatever and I don’t really plan to. This is one of the most anticipated games for me in a long time. I’m not going to let fucking click bait sites and dudes who clearly have a specific narrative they want others to have tell me spend my money or enjoy things

This was me with FF7R and the “Time Travel” controversy. People where losing their minds, but I just kept calm and waited and fuckin what do you know it was all misinterpreted and there is no time travel and the majority of the whining turned out to be fucking nonsense that wasn’t worth the time listening to in the first place.
YouTube game journalists/whatever you wanna call em are barely…barely better then the mainstream publications. Yeong Yea and Sterling whatever are both tabloid chasers at best who take a tiny bit of info and blow it up into a rage filled 10 to 15 minute rant that generally ends up wrong over all just for clicks. Very annoying.

Part of why I had to stop talking to Po all that much about videogames. That dude has way too many opinions about shit he’s never experienced.

Not trying to tell anyone how to spend their money or enjoy anything. I admittedly don’t have much of a dog in this fight, as I only planned to watch the cinematics.
It’s just that if you HAVE seen the leaks, that video was kinda crazy. I’m still holding out hope the stuff I saw was from an early build of the game or something. But I AM admittedly pretty much dunking myself in this shit at the moment and didn’t recognize that a lot of people are still trying to experience the game when it comes out and take it as is. It’s going to sell well, and is going to be from what I heard the biggest game they’ve done. There could be a lot of context to explain stuff that happens IF it’s all true. I never meant to take away from peoples’ experiences, and I’m sorry for that.

Not sure if its a spoiler to say the name of the boss, but I’m still gonna spoiler tag it. I had 2 lives going into that fight and when I saw who it was, I was certain I would ve playing Stage 6 over again. But I showed him what was up. I laid him out on my first try and kept both lives! You know how you pop off from a tough boss or something really good happens? This was me after that fight.

Boss fight was beast. Just got done playing it through Stage Select and got beat. He had 25% percent left.
EDIT: Mad it through the level only losing two lives. Using Normal as practice, using Mania for putting practice in active situations.
