Yuffie is awesome. Also has one of the best weapons in the game, AND she’s able to help you keep Aerith for the entire game (via a bug, but still)

Apparently it’s the PS4 port? I don’t know what that means since I haven’t played SotN in a very, very, very long time.
Which means some of the dialogue and text styles were altered? I don’t know.

See, that’s the part I’m…kind of not fond of in the remake? I haven’t played the original FF7 in ~decade but I’m pretty sure Jessie didn’t act like so thirsty towards Cloud the way she does now.
If it’s the “ps4 port” then it means it’s the same as the PSP version. The “text style” (I assume you mean the fonts and everything) is the same, but practically all the dialogue got retranslated, I think some of the item names were updated, and of course the game got a completely new English dub, which people still debate over whether the original one was better. Plus you also get to play as Maria, which was previously (as in prior to the PSP port) a Sega Saturn exclusive, in addition to the standard Alucard run and the optional Richter run
To be fair, the original’s translation cranked up everybody’s personalities to 11, so the dialogue from FF7 isn’t always an accurate representation of the characters.
Was Cid being rude towards Shera, e.g. treating her like a waitress? Absolutely

This is partially why I’m excited for the remake - this project has an actual localization team that will (hopefully) follow the original’s/japanese script more faithfully, as opposed to literally one guy shutting himself from the world for two weeks to do a rushjob of a translation
sheeeitttt, I still haven’t finished Lords of Shadow 2… of course I just enjoyed the concept of being Dracula (no other game has given me this)… and that opening sequence was SO awesome to me.
now if only Bloodlines 2 will get the playable Nosferatu Clan added later as DLC, then there will finally be a game that lets me live out the fantasy of being “Nosferatu”. (unfortunately this is kinda doubtful, as that clan’s curse of being hideous monsters drastically changes how you need to do things in that world…for them, just showing up in public, with no disguise, is obviously a “Masquerade violation”.)

I was being serious. A friend bought me FFVII on PC for shits and giggles back in 2003. I managed to get out of Midgar before I said fuck this game. Also I’ve been old enough to be your dad for your entire life. 
Looks like it. I was born in '02 though. The best KoF came out in celebration of my birth.
Also same for me. I should really finish that game. I enjoyed it a lot.
They are trying to flesh out the personalities of the other Avalanche members before the inevitable. I’m fine with it especially since it’s pretty clear you are going to be running with the crew for a longer period than the original. If they do it well enough it’ll even make people who know what is going to happen to them get caught in the feels.

These guys were the developers of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and the 3DS Sonic Boom. I played Asgard Wrath and it is a great game. It sucks that Facebook got them.

I actually didn’t know I didn’t order the Day One edition of Y: Remastered Collection. I just ordered the version that was $10 cheaper on Walmart’s dotcom store. At the same time I don’t particularly care cause I likely would have just given the Y5 PS3 case away or tossed it.
I got Y0, YK1, YK2, Y6 and Judgment during BF last year.

I’d say start making it and any time Gabe comes around pretend you are working on something else. Feel like that dude would bust into any room he feels MIGHT be working on something with a 3 in its title.
