PS5 controller looks awesome! Can’t wait to hold it.
I also wonder how well it will tickle my balls when it’s in my lap. The PS4 controller is pretty good at it, when I set it down in between Rocket League matches to send memes to my teammates on my phone.
i finished trails of azure last night. i see why so many people think the crossbell duology is the best. the problem i have with the game is a trails series problem in general and that’s none of the villains are held accountable for any of the shit they do.
Totally off topic, but damn did the easy ass inputs of modern SF games (SF4 and SF5) really fuck up all of my execution in the old SF games. I guess I got too used to how lenient it was with all the timings.
I was just playing SF2 on MAME on my cabinet and I was struggling to get fireballs and DPs to come out consistently. I never ever used to have that problem, let alone on a cabinet with an actual joystick. Maybe on SNES I would have trouble doing moves with fierce punch on the L button, but other than that, I never had trouble executing moves in SF2 games, especially in the arcade.
I haven’t played neither in a long time, but my insistence in not using the stupid shortcuts made it a smooth transition whenever I played the old ones in 30th AC.
SFV all but demands that you use shortcuts to cancel crouching normals into DP motions, it’s hella stupid.
I’d ask in the tech/stick thread but my last question there got ignored.
Just wondering if any of ya’ll use adapters for your arcade sticks, and which ones you’d reccomend. Ideally, I’d like a wireless one that let’s me use my PS4 stick on Switch, PC and PS3. I’m hearing the Mayflash Magic NS is a good choice, but I’d like to hear some more opinions before I make a purchase.
Dude. The wireless PS2 pelican controller for PS2 has such amazing vibration.
I actually remember playing FF8 at a friends house and as I summoned Eden (the last summon you get which it’s entire summon took about 3 minutes) the vibration from the controller was so strong and chaotic it I decided to set it on their glass coffee table and it left a huge fucking crack in it.
First off, Chris was “missing” even though Claire had an easy way of contacting him that she used in that very same game (god CV is so fucking stupid).
Secondly, a “real” RE game huh. So to you RE6 is more real than Revelations 2?
I’m saying the story beat hasn’t really been used because it was done so poorly in CV. Actually it was arguably used (and better) in Revelations 2 itself.
But I am chill, I’m just commenting about how stupid your second comment was.
Only a bit? I must be slacking then. But yes, I admit I’m being an asshole. No, I’m not gonna apologize for it because way too many people make that kind of comment seriously.
I didn’t ask you to appologize. I asked you to chill. You’re the one taking a comment seriously.
To be perfectly honest with you as far as I am concerned RE stops at 3, with a side track with 4. The rest of em? I don’t really give a shit about them. I like the remakes because they remake the REs I like. 5 was the last “new” one I played and it was alright.
So any of them after 4 aren’t “real” RE games to me for how little such a silly comment actually means.
