I agree with Stu that the face buttons look too far apart. Otherwise I think it looks fine. I’m glad the touchpad, Share and Options are back. I like the swipe features some of my most played games have, like The Witcher 3 letting you bring up the world map by swipping the pad, as well as using the pad buttons for stuff as well. The Utility the pad offers is superior to having two binary buttons. Options makes more sense these days then Start does, and I love the Share button.

Yeah, Barry and Sheva would be my first two choices probably for headlining an RE game at this point. I think there’s interesting stuff to explore with characters like Zoe from 7, but I doubt they’ll have such an obscure character take the lead when they have this huge gallery of other fan favorites.

I’ve been really getting into Cross Tag over the last few days. I played the game at launch, but after about a month, Tekken and DBFZ pulled me back in and I didn’t really go back to it until recently.
Game is hella silly. The damage is still fucking crazy, I love it. It’s honestly kind of wild this game exists. I didn’t think you could mash together so many characters from so many games with their own unique mechanics, and not have it be a total hellfuck. I love how crazy detailed all the character interactions are. I thought DBFZ put a lot of time and effort into those unique dialog intros, but man this game puts that to shame. Almost every character seems to have a unique interaction with their teammate. Ruby has a unique animation where she gawks and fangirls over Suasnoo’s armor. Hyde and Tager comment on each other’s battle style. I don’t even skip intros because I wanna see what everyone has to say to each other. I absolutely LOVE little details like this in fighting games, it gives them so much personality.
Also, I guess I should’ve known, but nobody told me how fucking FIRE this soundtrack is. RWBY the show itself is kinda whatever outside some of the action, but man some of those tracks SLAP.
This vocalist is amazing. Her voice, in contrast to the heavy riffs in the background gets me pumped as shit to fight. Got me in my room like
Also, the tank. The fucking tank. This shit is so hilarious and dumb in the best possible ways. I can’t even tell if he’s a good character, but I really don’t care because there’s a FUCKING SKULL TANK ON THE SCREEN. I want more dumb shit like this in fighting games. TvC knew how to throw characters like this at you.

I like most if not all of RWBY’s OP and character themes…wife and I were supposed to get caught up last weekend but got caught up so this reminded me.
Some of RWBY’s songs officially got put up to play on Rockband 4 so other people dig them too.
Kinda curious that they didn’t put ‘Red Like Roses Part 2’ or ‘Let’s Just Live’ for people to play.
Also side note regarding Rock Band, I noticed that they put a Protomen song up for people to play for DL in my feed months ago and was quite surprised. Protomen is not really my thing but they’re a headliner at Magfest and it’s always packed in the concert all any year they show up. Was kinda hoping they’d go a bit further into the VG bands but that seems to be about as far as they were going to go.

And yes she actually dyed her hair after Neo, a character from the show, since it’s a long running meme that the character is mute (or at the very least doesn’t speak currently) she should have the role as her VA. And, fun fact, Casey did the giggles and stuff for Neo in Cross Tag
