Video Game General 7.0: Day Juan Ys: MoC June 9th & Wonderful 101 June 30th!

Yea shit ain’t going away anytime soon. If anything it’s gaining more steam than slowing down.

I feel at the rate it’s going, ALL the remaining gaming events this year are going to be canceled (or pared down). Gamers and Con-goers are known for terrible hygiene. Hell, if Smash Tournaments are allowed to continue, we might get TequilaVirus out of that shit.

Reason #1 why EVO should be wary of proceeding

The problem with locking down the virus is there are a small percentage of people who just don’t give a shit. And though its small amount of people its just enough to keep the virus spreading. Example being what are the chances of their being a stereotypical smasher who just got sick showing up to a convention or actually changing their cleaning habits because of this? And it only takes one asshole to spread it.

As someone who has TOd a lot of Smash locals, please, all of you: take a fucking shower. This isn’t a baseless joke. It’s a real thing. Here’s the thing though. All games have this. We all stink like the lowest hanging ballsack on a cock tree. Don’t be an ass. Be hygienic.

True plus you can carry the virus for a few weeks and spread it without even showing obvious symptoms. So you could think your fine but accidentally spreading it. For younger healthier people that isn’t going to slow you down but for those with other conditions or weaker immune systems, you can be a death sentence and not even realize it.

Imo it should be canceled considering it’s an international event too. But MrWiz already said there’s no plans to. It’s too much money he’s missing out on.

People actually consider this the death of consoles lmao.
Can you imagine?

Don’t look at me, I am fine with the game on PC

I’m fine with everything on PC. Fuck the master race, but it’s what’s almost necessary. I’m saying this as someone who plays on PC. Only console I have is the Switch and that too is just to lab my PC games on the go.

The AP account is a parody acct?

Edit:
Well now…allow me to go clean this egg off my face

Edit 2: sad thing really is that I bought into this so easily cause its def in the realm of believability. Gamers have done stuff close to par with this

I think I’m one of the few people who didn’t like Horizon: 100 Yawns.

I loved Killzone 2 last-gen(I consider it one of the GOAT FPS games, actually) and I liked KZ3 even if it was a step back from 2 in a lot of ways. I hated Killzone: Shadow Fall and Horizon though. I’m 50/50 on liking Guerrila Games releases, haha.

Killzone 1 I played back in the day on PS2 and again last-gen with the collection, but I never got very far before shelving it. I do remember all of the “HALO KILLER” ads back in the day though, those were great. KZ2 though…goddamn man what a game. Overall I liked Sony’s 1st and 2nd party releases on PS3 way more than the games they released on PS4.

I like in this example that the vector is going to be a smash player. Accurate AF.

NEWS: E3 2020 CANCELLED DUE TO GROWING CONCERNS OVER COVID-19 VIRUS

After careful consultation with our member companies regarding the health and safety of everyone in our industry – our fans, our employees, our exhibitors, and our longtime E3 partners – we have made the difficult decision to cancel E3 2020, scheduled for June 9-11 in Los Angeles.

Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation. We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold this event for our fans and supporters. But we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.

Our team will be reaching out directly to exhibitors and attendees with information about providing full refunds.

We are also exploring options with our members to coordinate an online experience to showcase industry announcements and news in June 2020. Updates will be shared on E3Expo.com.

We thank everyone who shared their views on reimagining E3 this year. We look forward to bringing you E3 2021 as a reimagined event that brings fans, media, and the industry together in a showcase that celebrates the global video game industry.
