I mean, if you know how to work it their used game section is essentially a rotating library of games. Might as well do it with new games as well. Lol
Also, you paid for the game, the dev and GameStop already got their money. Them giving your money back in store credit means you’re likely going to buy used games or “gamer loot” or whatever they’re calling the toys, accessories, models and shit. So it’s still profit to them.
All that said though, I don’t see the program lasting long. It’s going to abused to shit.
I wonder how easy it will be to mod that Capcom arcade thing. It’d be nice to install a square gate and some cool button colors.

This sounds like a true gnerational leap, exactly what I want from a nextgen console. The backwards compatibility with PS4 is basically the biggest point there along with a Ryzen CPU by AMD
They only need to price it right…
I’d pay a hefty price for a model with ps3 backwards compatibility otherwise I’m ok waiting or just building a pc next gen.I always bought Sony systems for the Japanese support but now steam has caught up.

With the PS5 news out, looks like I’ll be copping one, day one…even if it’s $400. If it’s more than that, I’ll wait for a sale.
I’ll buy the PS5 at $600 idc. It has PS4 BC. It’s almost like if you got the PS4 Pro you got duped.
Looks like NRS is taking a page out of Capcom’s book with that stage.

I told someone else this - I would buy one of those things if it was relatively cheap and I could mod it to work on my PC, PS3, Current Consoles.
I dont really care about the ROMs it can run. I dont care about “perfect” emulation. I have all the games on my PC. But being able to use a dual stick on my laptop so I can play whatevers with a friend or my lady would be cool. Hook it up to my PS3 would be cool.

I’m probably gonna wait out on the whole PS5 during the first few months. God knows Sony has a tendency to fuck up with its’ first batch of consoles having some hardware issue BS
