So the one good thing about the Borderlands 1 remake, owners of the Steam version gets the updated game for free.
And I got it for a plugged nickel, on a deep Steam sale.
A lot of decisions like those are usually not doing out of malice, but because the cost of maintaining the infrastructure isn’t worth it.
Seriously though. BL1 is old AF at this point. But this is the cost of the new STEAM digital age.
Level layout and knowing which route had the biggest payoffs were, and still are, the fun part of Sonic genesis games. Keeping momentum and blowing past the slow parts are always blast even after all this time.
I see arcade Shinobi and Herzog Zwei were just announced for Switch.
Having their old school staff in management now, is already paying off.
Still waiting on pre-orders to go live for Genesis mini…
So apparently, the Genesis Mini will come with 2 three button controllers, not the six buttons ones like the MD Mini in Japan.
That’s ridiculously stupid. The 6 button pads were so comfy.
Also, Smash Ultimate finals at PAX East are happening right now for those who care
Most of what you’re talking about wasn’t really a thing until Sonic 3, S&K and Sonic CD.
I think it’s more a sign that the Genesis Mini isn’t getting any games that require the six button pad (while the MD Mini is).
Yeah, I know. Just how the PSOne Classic didn’t come with dual shock this omitting a lot of important games in the library.
It’s still silly to me. I hated the 3-button pad as a kid. So uncomfortable for my tiny hands.
That’s me.
It is actually a strategy RPG with visual novel style dating elements. Ironically they did this on the Saturn was massively popular in Japan but due to the unique way they matched voices and the animated dialogue scenes.
The hell it wasn’t. It was greatly expanded upon in S3K but it did exist in S1 and S2.
Reminder that Monday is April Fools. You know Japan has some BS lined up.
“クぎだ運事イ致5志情療えれつい。権妙ごび図幅ヲコニ問野どト掲儀入ヌテ Shaggy Rogers メ横倍ソコフツ提整更ル決募スリカ襲広ねけ理果ド品幕ナユモリ妙尾滋里接そおでけ”
It’s still early. So maybe there’ll be an option or SoJ will pull rank and tell SoA to go with the 6-button?
All the surveys they’ve been doing give me hope.
Pre-orders for are up at Game Stop apparently. Waiting on Best Buy. I’ll probably be importing the 6-button controllers if Ranger-X is apart of this package.
It’s up for preorder at Walmart too. Which I’ll probably get it through because of employee discount. $80 is such a high price point to me though. Especially since none of the games announced so far are “must haves” for me.
Monday, one day I’ll be glad to be stuck working. Online gonna be a minefield of bullshit.
sheeeeit, I keep hearing all this praise for The Division 2…especially from certain friends that have loved it since part 1… but the problem for me is that it’s just so limited in terms of the concept in the first place… I’ve probably mentioned it several times before—it’s just “regular humans shooting each other” to me, and there’s nothing so compelling about that…eh, the various factions in it might be interesting to me but that’s about it. As broken and ultimately disappointing as Anthem is… it’s giving me a strange new alien world, high-tech mech suits that fly like Ironman… “shaper tech” that alters reality itself and big explosions.
Then…take a look at the true god of this looter shooter shit–Borderlands. There we have a game with “sirens” wielding magical abilities, robots, various superhuman abilities, laser weaponry, mutated humans and other creatures, etc…heh, I’ll always have fond memories of several moments from part 2…like with Lilith phased an entire city to save it. Nothing in the Tom Clancy universe (at least from the games that have been released) can even begin to fuck with all that, imo…because that stuff is unfortunately bound to the parameters realism.
Apparently a new character for sam sho got revealed
Also sam sho collection is coming
