I was half expecting after that table flip that Mario kills Peach and Bowser in a berserker rage .
This is kinda random, but I was wondering: is there ANY point to getting a switch if the only game you care about is Super Mario Odyssey? Does it have a bunch of other cool games or features one wouldnāt think theyād care about but come to love?
I canāt see myself getting a console just for one gameā¦there would have to be at least four first party games that grabs my interest.
Probably browse through the switch thread and see if there could be other games on the switch that would interest you.
sheeeeittttt, Switchās lineupā¦ itās been non-stop fire, imoā¦since day 1. I was checking my collection earlier today and itās up to 44 icons for games at this point, with at least 3 of them being worth multiple games (Capcom Beatemup, Contra Collection and Azure Striker which is a double-pack). My latest was God Eater 3 I picked up yesterday. A major selling point for Switch to me is the portable factor. Itās infinitely more convenient when you can play games you like anywhere, as opposed to always needing to be wherever you have the tv and a wall plug in your home, like with regular consoles.

If you like the Bayonetta series you should probably get a Switch and the new Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 game is exclusive to it so I would strongly consider it.
Im a super cheapo in that I only get 1 console per generation and while Iām happy with PS4 I am jealous of folks due to the above games.

I donāt know if youāve heard, but you can make your own Mario levels in Super Mario Maker 2. Thatās a system seller, imo.

Picked up the Rondo+Symphony bundle on PS4+Ikaruga+Legacy of Kain Blood Omen+Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver on PSN for 25 bucks. I think this is likeā¦the 5th time Iāve bought Symphony over the years. I didnāt want the bundle at first because I hate the PSP dub but Iāll just switch it to JP. Never played SOTN in JP before so that should be pretty interesting.
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen is one of my favorite 2D isometric Zelda games. Actually, Iād say itās one of my favorite games of all time. It costs a whopping ONE DOLLAR on PSN right now along with Soul Reaver, so if you have PS3/PSP/Vita you definitely need to check this game out.
Gameplay and aesthetics have aged really well imo, I love the way characters look. Soul Reaver also makes the Master SwArd a bitch by comparison. Master SwArd just shoots out a little projectile when youāre on full health. The Soul Reaver CLAPS THE ENTIRE SCREEN AND TAKES THE SOULS OF THY ENEMIES WHILE MAKING THEM EXPLODE INTO GIBS

Yeah. The PSN retro sale is pretty amazing. My cart is at the max PSN allows. Iām just waiting until I get paid on Monday to pull the trigger.
