You said “Maze Worlds.” I pointed out after KH1 they don’t have Maze Worlds, it’s even debatable if the first one could be considered maze like. You then respond to me by talking about big open rooms and invisible walls and basically completely dodge the point of my post. I point this out again and now you’re falling back on “Well that’s just…my opinion man” well your opinion is fucking wrong and based on incorrect information that you seem to be happy to continue peddling even tho it isn’t true.

For once we agree. The graphics overhaul was nice but they didn’t fix of the issues the game had like grinding for moogle points, slow load times, things like that.
No the biggest issue is that the PS2 version was just piss easy, compared to the GBA version that would thrash you on certain bosses. GBA CoM for all its flaws, was actually engaging towards the latter half of the game due to said difficulty. PS2, turn the brain off, spam Sonic Blade and go about your business (even without Sonic Blade the game was absurdly easy).
I mean, that too. Yeah. Though I never found GBA CoM difficult until like…maybe the last 2-3 bosses? Riku’s Mode was a lot harder from what I remember. And he actually killed mother fuckers
Depends when you took on Captain Hook, like a dumbass I faced him too early.
But Riku 4, Larxene (especially if you didn’t go back and save after the previous fight which is really easy to miss) and…Marluxia 1 were up there. Then in R/R, RR 2 and ASoD were a pain in the ass, especially RR2 when you had no access to healing other than Oogie’s Enemy card.
I don’t know what any of those abbreviations mean. It’s been a while. I haven’t play CoM since the final mix of it hit state side on ps2. Everything else I understood though.

So a random YouTube channel calling “GamingBolt” appeared on my feed a few weeks ago and they’ve been doing an interesting video series regarding Mortal Kombat called “The Full Story of”. It goes over characters story arcs from the midway and netherrealms continuities. It’s been a really fun and actually interesting watch since I didn’t pay attention anything after UMK3 until the 2011 reboot.
Since I know how many of you fools love the MK lore and story lines, I figured there’d be interest. They’re no where near done yet but I posted who they covered so far below.
