I was just on some Horde in Gears 4 a little while ago…sheeeeeit, we actually made it to 50…couldn’t finish though since 2 quit and it was just me as engineer and 2 soldiers…I’m surprised we made it that far, considering the team was just 4 soldiers + me as engineer. The lack of anyone playing scout was terrible, man… without that scout’s pickup bonus, your team is basically in poverty for the whole run 
The most we ever had at one time was about 13 or 14k, and you can’t get a decent # of fortifications on the field with that pittance…even with my discounts on barriers and sentries…level 2 or 3 sentry for me is about 4 or 5,000 or so…barriers at level 3 (the blue laser fence, which is when the barrier finally gets GOOD) are 2500.
…just playing it today got me “Gilded Marcus Fenix” unlocked somehow…I am not sure of the requirements but hell yeah I’ll take it…though his armor is a bit on the ugly side, imo.
Now if they can only ban the game everywhere else too, that would be great

Work had CTR already on sale for around $30 and some change. With employee discount I got it for around $27 and some change.
I have no intentions of playing online but I still feel like they need to fix the online aspects for the sake of longevity. Cause online stability and support goes a long way and is a huge selling point to a lot of players these days.
I disagree, this leads to shit like EA and MS thinking Single player is a gimmick.
Why not both? I absolutely hate online in every regard but I do think it absolutely belongs in the world of gaming.
There are tons of games that rely on online play, online support and community feed back/support.
There are tons of games that rely on just being great single player experiences.
Neither are exactly wrong and sometimes titles can achieve both. It’s how they go about things that can be disconcerting. It’s why people are so fucking mad at EA and Epic right now.

sheeeit, it’s been one hell of a time getting back into Monster Hunter today…finally feel like I’m making some bit of progress in that. One cool moment earlier… hunting Rathalos…then the blue electric monster “Tobi” appeared and they started fighting…THEN Anjanath jumped in there as well! The ensuing chaos was delicious. “…let them fight…” I’ll have to review the clip again but at one point one of them hit another one for 855 damage. It was beautiful.
Damn Million we should hunt monsters together some time.
