Title is abit click baity, but it is interesting that this is the 2nd time this rumor has popped up. I wouldnât be foolish enough to say M$ is going to lose the next generation on power alone. History has shown that having the most powerful console on the market doesnât guarantee shit.

Specs like power, features like lack of load times, things like graphics donât matter if the game catalog for the system isnât appealing.

Studio MDHR operates independently from what I recall. Microsoft bought exclusivity rights for Cuphead.

Well, it can matter in the sense that the right console will have devs more excited to develop for it. That said, it sounds like both are really straightforward this time so probably wonât be much of a factor.

Yeah. I agree. Itâs one of the (many) reasons the Wii U ended up the way it was. Outside of already existing contractual obligations there was almost no 3rd party support from studios. I donât really blame them though. As strong as the first title parties were it just wasnât enough to bring in players. Not even 14m units sold worldwide in 4 years is a bad look.
If thatâs the case itâll come down to the same thing it came down to this generation: exclusives. Which is honestly the only thing I care about. Iâll invest in whatever system has the best exclusives.

Thatâs okay with me. It looks fucking great. Shame it doesnât come out until sometime next year.

âŚthis will be my 2nd or 3rd time fighting giantâŚI doubt I can beat him actually with my current buildâŚI have that Marksman Bow which is pure long-range stuff; the best I have for him at the moment is my precious âPyrotechnicsâ [one of my favorite powers] and the heavy turretâŚohhh but there is potential though since I have that bomb that spreads oilâŚwhich works with Pyrotech since it does critical damage if enemies are doused with oilâŚ
