Good. Its a goofy shooter that chooses when and where to take itself seriously. Most of the memes in BL2 flew over my head and I’m sure BL3 will be the same.
But you know what? shoot shoot get gun WooT WooT is still very fun. Last I need is a franchise to bend itself out of shape for no reason. Even more so moving away from what made it successful in hopes that people that don’t care (like you with your yawn remark) go out and buy it.
New versions are almost always a fast way to spruce uo an old product to squeeze more out of it. They’re likely looking to hook new players before BL3.
Old players are already hooked. Gettimg mew players in and having them plat with the old ones gets them there.
Gonna not use a summon next time because it’s just “Swing and a miss!” on EVERYTHING, haha!
I forgot how crazy it moved and was (most likely) the template for Ludwig, which also had the same mobility and high damage.
Question about the Ashen Hunter again. When I restarted the game (because he offend himself), the key wasn’t at the top. It was a ‘revive at the closest lamp’ forgot the name. Hunters Mark? Hoping it didn’t glitch…
Yeah thanks for the tip. I think that’s the general strategy for Ludwig as well. I bring him up because it’s freshest in my mind.
I think having the CPU help isn’t that much of a help either since it’ll focus on the CPU which ups the chances of whiffing incredibly high. It’s a nice false sense of security though.
All good. I don’t have PS+ anymore and it’s NG+. Just eager to get back to Nightmare of Mensis and DLC. I upped my Skill so now I have the Bow Blade trick weapon and am eager to use it on Winter Lanterns and explore more.
I should probably take a break anyways and this is a good resting point.
I had a big thing written up. But I’ll just say this and leave it be.
Every Borderlands game after the first comes off as and imo plays like premium dlc and not true sequels. Which I don’t like or want to contribute to.
But if people are okay with that (which they seemingly are) then more power to them, I guess. I don’t feel the need to reward something that comes off as laziness.
I got the first Borderlands free on PS Plus. Did NOT expect to get sucked in like that, me and my cousin ran thru half the game before finishing on our own. I think ill get 2 before I jump into 3
from what I’ve been reading it’s just QoL improvements, 4-player local co-op and being able to fully customize your vault hunter outside of just changing the colors of their attire.
