From what I’ve been reading it’s going to be a Japan exclusive bundle tho
Ugh. For real? Just, ugh.
Rocket League is my favorite game this generation.
Gd… she can kill me.
Vynce?
If what I’m reading is how I’m interpreting it anyone who has bought the game whether it be for Steam or a console will still be able to buy any dlc and download any updates the game releases after the Epic merger is complete. The core game will just be pulled from digital stores by the end of the year.
Still bogus but they likely have a lot of contracts to fulfill. For example how even though Microsoft bought Minecraft yeeeeaaaars ago they are still obligated to release it, dlc and updates on consoles and steam.
I totally get why the player base is pissed though.
That is enough reason for me buy it.
Vynce still prefers Call of Doody, I think.
He gets to nestle down in a hidey spot, and snipe while drinking bad beer, all day.
Perhaps.
Though whenever I see him online in the last 3 yrs , its always on Rocket League.
Must have gone sober.
PS2 version looks awesome! Wish there was an option for it. Game looks awesome regardless. When I first saw it in magazines way back when, I thought it looked dumb.
What a difference a few decades make. Day One!
The reason why I mentioned it though is what it could be implying in terms possibly needing NSO for stuff.
How else are you going to access people’s levels they upload online? NSO is no doubt going to be integrated
Little Big Planet doesn’t require people to have PS+ to upload and share levels. If SMM2 does it can eat a pile of dicks. Unless there’s multiplayer attached needing NSO is pure bullshit.
No one plays LBP.
No excuse for locking something behind a paywall that others aren’t.
Even Doom doesn’t require PS+ for you to play Snapmaps.
It set a precedent. That’s what matters. What excuse do you have for other games with level editors that have online sharing and don’t paywall it?
Good for them? Don’t buy NSO and don’t buy SMM2 then. No one is forcing you to do otherwise.
Don’t know about the new ones, but OG Little Big Planet was beyond fucking lit.
It still is. Newer games didn’t change anything. They added new content and DLC and creator content from previous games carry over.
That is not the point.
Also: I disagree.
