The NES game FF2, for what it is, it is not at all bad. First Final Fantasy with an actual plot and story, has a Semi-Skyrim-like leveling up various skills rather than actual Levels and Exp.
I hold it higher than FF 10,13, Mystic Quest, 8 And Tactics Advance 2 .
To be fair mystic quest isn’t an actual Final Fantasy game. It’s also a very underrated title. I love the shit out of it.

V’s hair is naturally white, Nightmare hiding in it turns it black. Sort of like a demonic dye/ink, the same way the other two hide as tattoos on his skin.
