Never played Asura’s Wrath, but the videos I’ve seen of him fighting planet sized bosses and Akuma on the moon make him look pretty badass, he should have his own 2D action platformer made by Platinum Games
asuras wrath had more gameplay depth im sure of it. I think when they decided to not make it episodic they decided to use gameplay ideas for other future games
Hence why I specifically said it was marketed wrong, and oh look who marketed it. It’s not CC2’s fault Capcom has no fucking idea what they are doing anymore. Watching the trailers and FULL RELEASED EPISODES BEFORE THE GAME CAME OUT I knew exactly what I was getting into. AW is not a piece of shit, it’s a really fun show, on par whith the likes of stuff like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, it’s a great experience, sure it’s a piece of shit game I guess, good thing it’s not really a game.
I’m not a dummy you fucking asshole.
Edit: I will say them holding the real ending hostage was some bullshit tho, fuckin Capcom. I never did buy that part, just youtubed the shit. :bluu:
@orochizoolander Watched that trailer. Not for me. It looks like a solid game for people that are into that sort of thing, though . My Vita has been taking up all my handheld time, but I suspect I’ll be prying it open to play some Smash Bros in October.
Utterly random, but I wanted to ask those of you who are hype for Mortal Kombat X: how will you take it if this new online mode they’ve been hyping is one of their “off the road” modes that has little to do with the core gameplay?
They’ve had these modes in the past: Chess Kombat, Puzzle Kombat, and Racing. I didn’t care for either one, and focusing on that shit instead of gameplay is part of why the MK:DA-MK:A trilogy sucked so bad. I just realized that this new online mode we know nothing about could be one of those distraction modes. If it is, it’ll take my MKX hype all the way down to a 1. There’s no way they can pull off all this stuff they’re trying for the core gameplay while also putting out something different. One of the two will suffer.
I think it’s awesome that they’ve gotten so lazy with the series that they dont even bother with the health bar anymore. It used to look like they at least put some thought into it and it kinda looked cool. Now it’s “Fuck it just make it a bland rectangle.”
I mean I thought these were pretty neat when in motion since they had moving parts
I’m pretty excited about Unity, but am I the only one that feels like AC: Rouge is just going to be almost completely phoned in? I haven’t seen anything on it that makes me excited to play it. I feel like I might as well play Black Flag for the same experience.
