*"We know it has to happen at some point, but Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono, who was producer on Street Fighter IV, confirmed that current-gen consoles are going to get a Street Fighter game…eventually.
Responding to fan on Twitter that asked, “Are we going to get a Street Fighter game on the Xbox One and PS4?” Ono wrote: “Hahaha, some time or other…” But fans hoping for a Wii U version are out of luck, Ono also wrote, “I apologize that we don’t have plans for Wii U…”

LOL Konami and Capcom are just empty shells that once represented the very BEST gaming had to offer…
Now look at them… Complete laughing stocks only being propped up by an irrationally loyal Street Fighter and Metal Gear fanbase respectively… and they stay fucking up…
FUCK YVES GUILLEMOT.***
That stinky French bastard… If you look closely at his tongue, it forks.
If I wanted to buy Ass Creed, I’d have already bought it on one of the other 7946 platforms its available on.
Not MGS, but Konami and its non-Metal Gear stuff is always a quarter-past fail, much like Capcom can’t do anything non Itsuno-directed without finding new ways to fall on their collective face.
I can’t bring to hate Ubisoft here. The core games they been putting on the Wii U haven’t been successful. Dropping support for those games on the Wii U is sound. Concentrate on the type of games that Wii U owners are buying.
i dislike ubisoft for their shitty games , and not because of what platforms they prefer their games to be on.
but you know…maybe that is just me… ¯_(ツ)_/¯ LuL !
Even though the Wii-U will be receiving niche titles reserved for the truly dedicated core gamer, we will never see From Software grace the platform with a Souls game.

Wouldn’t be suprised if that turned up true. Considering that Revelations is like the only well-recieved RE since…RE4?
Random note : I liked RE6 more than RE5 and Revelations :’( … Dont shoot me !
What I find funny is how capcom is casting aside Nintendo. No Wii U/3DS ver of RE:revelations? Bear in mind the first game csme out for 3DS and is the reason you’re making a 2 to beging with… No love for street fighter on Wii U either but that’s ok. Megaman gets love from Nintendo just the same.
But you would think a company in dire straits like Capcom would be pulling out all the stops to generate some revenue… Virtual Console/PSN/Live Arcade classic re-releases, niche titles like Viewtiful Joe/Darkstalkers/Rival Schools getting revived, make a deal with SNK to get CvS 2 Online and maaaayyyybbbbeeeee a CvS 3, something, anything to make some money… But nope.
Then again, I don’t trust this company to tie their shoelaces without making it DLC or otherwise fucking up, so yeah…
* Two Words… Somebody getting butthurt that I said “Two Words”… ShogunZ being a Tameem stan and getting shitted on… MORE GUNZ… yadda yadda…*
It’s been said before but I can’t really blame Ubisoft at this point on somewhat killing off most of their M rated support for Wii U. I more so blame the fanbase who buys the console and just refuses to buy much of anything that isn’t a Nintendo IP. Ubisoft gave it a good try…Zombi U was awesome and at the time of launch was the highest selling 3rd party game on the console but reviews shat hard on the game in an unjustified way imo. That game gave you Survival Horror and most were looking for something with more action in it. I would have loved to Ubisoft to have taken the ideas they had going into that game and develop them further in the sequel they were planning but it’ll never happen now…not until the fanbase gets out of their ass.
Nintendo has to be the one to fight and break the cycle on their consoles which they’re trying to do here but having a hard time. The fact that they put forth the money for both Bayo 2 and Devil’s Third are telling on that. They really need to pour on the pour on advertising and commercialism for Bayo 2 because if that game can make 1 mill plus in sales then that will make the other devs open their eyes. I know they want to make absolutely sure that Smash is a success but I don’t think they need to start on that until later. We changed up marketing in the store this weekend and the poster for the Wii U section has Hyrule Warriors and Smash up on it. They should have put Hyrule Warriors and Bayo 2 up there instead since that’s a closer game. Bayo 2 better get a Direct next month if they’re being serious about trying to fight this stigma.
I da know about that…Brony level Splatoon would mean that anyone and everything would be getting squidified. I haven’t accidentally come across any of that yet and I hope I don’t.
