Our heating issues in relieving pressure, getting a proper ground anti-air and reverting CH to its super status were almost completely ignored (that +1 in CH won’t help a bit in opening people up, it’s just made tad safer)

Slide dmg from super? Ok fine but cr.mp’s and ex.fba’s dmg reductions hurt a ton more than slide’s
Seriously just a more vertical extention of s.hk hitbox OR a downward extention of cr.hp would help a hundred times more than these buffs all together.

p.s At least they listended and finally fixed ultra-1 glitch that’s, something.Oh and about SHC i laughed on that as it still whiffs against the majority of the cast crouching and is -infinite on block

They unnerfed part of the things they did in AE, vega will probably stay middle tier and hopefully the handfull of characters (yun, yang, fei, viper, bison that are above that will join him there.

CH will be safe on block in 50% of the matchups, difficult to punish in 25% and only 25% of the matches will have a bufferable reversal tu use.

Slide gets its back its damage back

U2 and U1 are sucking a tad less.

they adressed SHC,I am not sure what they mean with blowback.

could be yun’s palm like hitstate bounce on wall possibly juggleable…
could be a much broader backward arc jump recovery making it less punishable on block and ground hit.
or what we call a reset .

Guys, Capcom did listen to us. They listened to the Claw players who say things like “we don’t need a ST with any invincible frames”, “we don’t need anything at all”, so that’s exactly what they gave us - nothing at all except for a bugfix for a problem that shouldn’t have been happening to begin with. Look up and down the list of everyone else’s changes… massive buffs especially to stun and yet again, almost nothing at all for us.

I’m personally happy with the changes. Wasn’t expecting Super CH back anyway, too many people whined about it. I was saying last week that if they made it -3 instead of -4 that’s perfectly fine IMO. Shouldn’t be stupid enough to throw it out that close anyway unless it’s a whiff punish.
-2 would have been nice, but this is Trollno, he doesn’t like Vega, I think Capcom showed that enough with Vanilla, he was the most glitched up the ass, bottom tier, ridiculously un-playtested pile of garbage in the game.

half assed change. only bugfix while the rest of the cast has been buff… welcome to tier shit again claw. it’s a lost battle. fuck capcom. they buffed even ken and sagat and with the whole cast buffed they have put a version of claw between AE and super wich is still far worse than super. i really think they listened to those crybabies that don’t nerf on yun. use that stupid nerfbat and the twins and fei a buff claw once and for all.

they still have said nothing about nerfing the twins

oh thank god BHC fix, i would have liked my damage back and possibly reduced recovery on fba but i guess this will do

Never cared about what they did with Vega, but as an avid user of the SHC, this makes me very happy!

I already have another BHC set up in mind now that I know about this. XD

A few nerfs for twins is self explanitory , its the entire reason this update excist in the first place.

As for claw’s changes, whatever, no nerfs is good news to me.
Slide damage back and 1 frame more safety on cosmic heel is something im happy with.
The ultra’s getting a little bit less crappy is ok too i guess.

Current SHC is useless, and will most likely remain useless with a knockdown property. so its a buff not worth mentioning.
Here’s to hoping for unmentioned buffs or added buffs after location test, but if it doesnt happen, im ok with this.

Let’s be realistic, claw is mid tier, they wont feel the need to touch him much.

he will not be mid tier anymore. get real. the rest of the cast as been buffed. so now we suffer more damage more rushdown and more crap coming in our direction. unless they buff him for real the next iteration of ssf4 i will not buy it. they buffed even chun and ryu. why not claw in first place?

Why is SHC so useless? Isn’t it good as a cross up move? I don’t play a lot but I’ve had it work before or at least been safe enough on block to jump out of the way. I’m just glad it hits, at all, because it whiffs so much in SF2. I think it’s funny someone here is complain about it not hitting crouching characters, have you played SF2 dude? No comparison.

i actually don’t care about shc. you can cross-up it from time to time but you eat every crap they throw in your way and if they block you’re in fore huge damage

Then I guess I’m not playing advanced enough players, and of course, I’m not advanced enough myself since I’m doing something that isn’t good. I don’t use it often but when I do, it has worked.

When they don’t FA my wall dive, they usually punish it in mid air with jumping attacks before I even make it.
