honestly infiltration has no excuse, he’s consistently getting outplayed in this league and cause of the set being long, it cant be a matter of bad luck. He really really needs to stop relying on using pocket characters and beating americans who dont know the matchups, that way he wont be a true character specialist and it clearly shows. the nico chat is relentless lol, they want tokido instead to keep the league more interesting.
To be honest I think Infiltration has been playing worse as of lately(not just in this league but in recent events)…but even if he played at his full level, I don’t think he would come out top 3 in this league. Tokido has definitely been showing much better Akuma play when it comes to combos, footsies and technology.
Bonchan has been making terrible matchups for Sagat look like blowups, not sure how he’s doing it.
PR Rog I think has been playing good even though he’s 1-2 so far.
Xiaohai…he got some bad breaks against Fuudo, he could have won that set and been up 2-1 instead of 1-2. His Evil Ryu has been surprisingly good but he doesn’t seem to have studied the unblockable setups that Sako has.

I was really looking forward to the Daigo vs Infiltration runback, thought it might be a great continuation to this international rivalry. But man what a blowup. Infil did not study that 10-2 beating he took last time very well.
