I know man i had about 6 weeks and we have just over 70 preregistered for the big tournaments and a shitload of people just comming for side tournaments. The turnout should be Huge for greenville. I see us going well over 100 in attendance.

Just fyi: I helped open the Ruth’s Chris in the Crown Plaza on Congaree and know the hotel owners/management casually.

Great tournament Filldoh! I had a lot of fun. Hopefully come october ill be ready for SFAE aswell. Im slowly getting a lot of my friends into mortal kombat, and hopefully that can transition into SF. Im def looking forward to seeing you guys again!

85 in tournaments about 120 total at the event. sorry i dont have results yet. i need to dl the tio program because the guys at console surgeons sent it to me in that file.
Hey guys! Head’s up! I know Phil just had his big tournament, BUT!
I’m planing on holding a Mk9, SSF4:AE, MvC3, and SF3: 3rd strike on August 20th! So stay tuned to the details. I’m going to be honest. I will be doing my best to make this run as smooth as possible. IF YOUR THERE YOUR THERE> IF YOUR NOT THEN… well that is on you. Just know where you need to be, lol. I’m not going to even try to control a mad house when it come’s to a bunch of people. This meaning if you know that your up for your match within like two match’s… then stick around cause you never know… that match before you might get DQ… I’m going to be a lil strict… I’m a really really nice guy, lol dont get me wrong. I’m just saying i dont have time to take care of kids… JUST SAYIN, JUST SAYIN! So, if you have something come up or you need to run to the bathroom or WHATEVER! Then whatever tournament you are entered in. LET THE PERSON WHO IS HELPING AND RUNNING WHATEVER BRACKET FOR THAT SPECIFIC TOURNAMENT KNOW. THAT WAY WE KNOW WHATS UP AND WE CAN GO ON TO THE NEXT MATCH AND COME BACK TO YOU. IF YOU DONT LET ME, OR ANY OTHER PERSON THAT IS HELPING THEN YOUR TAKING A RISK OF A LOSS OR EVEN POSSIBLY DISQUALIFICATION. THIS WAY THE TOURNAMENT DOESN’T TAKE ALL DAY TO RUN AND I CAN GO HOME AS WELL AS EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS PLAYING AND HELP RUNNING THE TOURNAMENT AT A DECENT TIME HAHA. I JUST WANA RUN GOOD TOURNAMENTS AND WORK MY WAY UP ONE DAY TO ACTUALLY HAVE BIG TOURNEY’S IN THE FUTURE. I HAVE HELD A FEW SMALL TOURNAMENTS. I’M NOT PLANNING ON A HUGE SHOW UP, BUT WE SHALL SEE WHEN I PUT THE PRE REG LIST UP.

We’ll be flying in that day, and I don’t think I’m going to bring my joystick, so I’ll probably just stop by and see everyone rather than compete. Unless (a) my wife suddenly decides that she doesn’t mind being in the car just a little bit longer after the 2 hour drive from the airport and (b) someone produces an MK joystick for me to play on

Yeah, I’ll stop by regardless just to say hello. I got a promotion at work, so I had to take the time off when I could get it, and unfortunately I have to go to some training the Thursday and Friday before, which prevents us from leaving any earlier. But yeah, I look forward to seeing everyone for sure, just make sure that no one leaves in case I can’t get to Planet until later 
I’ll do what I can to get them to stay haha. I’m sure they will hang though

Alright Guys I’ve been getting request for other games and some questions about other games to be played at Summer Wars. If you wana see a different game at Summer Wars. Then you must convince me to be able to run it. Meaning if you can get enough players up to run it and make it worth my while then you got yourself a new game at Summer Wars.
Just vote and bring your peeps to the Summer Wars thread. Then say you want this and I can add it to the list of games on the pre reg list after so many people vote on it (so around at least 10 people)! So tell all your friends and begin the voting. I wana make the people happy guys! I wana start running one of the best tournaments in the Southeast one day! But like I said guy’s. It’s up to you if you wana see more at Summer Wars. Prove to me what ya wana see and I’ll see to making it happen!
I’ve got a question - is the tournament going to be ran in the same back room as last year’s held by JohnnyQuest? With so many people back there in that small space, it seemed kinda cramped.
