You have to go to the site sf4.jp (only accessible by cell) and register, its kinda hard to explain especially if you cant read japanese…
Arent they any other gaijin where you usually play at? Maybe they can help…
When you use the phone, it will automatically associate the cell number with your profile. It is possible to generate a code to retrieve a card/profile to another cell phone later. I just went to a random cell phone store and registered my card and then got the portability code in order to access it from another cell later.
In this way, I’ll just run around borrowing random store phones to manage my profile lol.

Anyway I set it up. Couldn’t change costume color but that’s alright, I am going to wait until I can get the Yokozuna costume anyway.
As far as my account my wife helped me a bit with that. Anyway my custom title name means “NerimaOzeki” cause it’s where I play out of, and Ozeki=Honda’s sumo rank. (2nd highest)

I lost to the Abel cause he kept throwing out random moves and the moves confused me. (He did some ex roll, I ex headbutt and somehow he throws me out of it??? WTF!)
The sagat had beat me before, the guile had like 18000 BP and a 60% win rate or so. I beat the Sagat 3-1 Guile 3-2.
I guess that proves that SF2 realy is good practice for SF4 if you can beat a 18k BP guile. Good stuff! Now you just need to beat that one 14k guile. whistles

Hahaha we’ll see about that. No offense but I think I got your Vega’s number tho. =) I am a very determined guy when I get hype about something. I play only CE these days as HDR is unreliable on PSN and ST SUCKS.
I know that I beat the Guile because of playing at Shibuya Sports, listening to Gootecks podcast with Mike Ross and watching some of Mike’s videos on youtube.
Ugh…Can’t wait until Thursday. We have our last finals this week, and I had to write two bloody term papers that were both due today, so I haven’t gotten any practice since last Thursday.
Thank god it’s over, though. Now I can look forward to two whole months of free time to spend all my money on SF4. 
FYI, I won’t be coming to shibuya this thursday as I’ll be heading home to michigan on leave. After that, I’ll be going to cali for a school and then back to japan. It’ll be late march by the time I get back.
I expect by the time I get back to get owned by both beikoku, hfz, and johnnyrotten… I will be very upset if this doesn’t happen… so… make it happen!

i’m actually going back this spring for vacation…wanted to see what’s still there as far as good arcade joints…do they still have green hill, mores city, daiei, el bronco, etc.?
you know what, greenhill recently turned into a club/bar. same guy running it though and same name. i get my drink on when they have events, dude always asking if i still play SF. that arcade next to greeen hill is still around with the kof and gg kids…and those xxx ufo catchers. el bronco i guess is that big one on the opposite street, that crap closed down, no one ever went there. daiei still exist and got sf4 but i never plyed anyone there, you mostly see couples and high schoolk kids there since that arcade is for the movies. mores still got plaza capcom with and thats where most people play sf4. there is another arcade called 01 kinda hidden on the third floor of some building close by, thats where you find comp for older games like 3s. one of the staff members got an account on here but i’m not sure if he still posts another arcade opened up at shiori, adores i think, kinda wack. the honch kinda died out chic wise but you can still get an easy come up if you lower your standards.
lol at your last sentence…thanks for the update on yokosuka area…brings back memories…i remember that small arcade next to green hill with the hentai games…i’m glad plaza capcom is still there and didn’t get overrun by sticker picture machines…lol…there used to be an arcade on base near the NEX…they used to get new games fairly quick…i used to skip school when the first tekken and SSF2X first came out…hows that now? probably turned into some wack hobby shop or something
yea that arcade on base still exist and there’s on in the fleet rec but buttons are always broke so you only find button mashers and dudes letting off steam playing there. the best game they got is marvel 2 and gg xx releoad i think, oh yea did i mention the sticks are always broke.
