It seems you have to have a registered card to participate in the beginner tourney. I will see if a friend can help me register tomorrow when I meet them.

Yeah. I heard they already canceled school in Kobe and Kyoto, and with my school’s history of closing due to sickness, if any school closes, we’ll probably be the first one.
