Actually, just turned off adblock to check, and it looks like Wiz stopped playing audio automatically in the site’s ads, maybe I can keep adblock off on this site now.
Why is Off Topic not under the Flag area? There’s no tooltip for the “Quote” option, and it’d be nice if “Flag”'s tooltip read “Flag for Moderation” to make it clearer to members that Flag should be used wisely.

That’s why I said in the forum layout complaint thread that there should be a punishment for excessive abuse of the flag function. I can think of a few people that do it just because they have the ability to with no other reason.
Why not use it? Hasn’t it already been explained that it doesn’t do anything? It’s just additional negative reactions to a post, as far as I can see.
It’s supposed to mark a post “for moderation” and prompt a mod. The marked 9 times post I marked is still healthy tho…

That’s what I’m saying though - I thought I remembered someone explaining that it doesn’t actually mark for moderation. Maybe I’m just getting my stories mixed up.
It was something in GD where this guy got “jailed” for spamming after everyone kept marking his posts as such, and then (I thought) it was explained that the marking it as spam didn’t actually contribute to that. I’m probably wrong though, as I only briefly glanced over it and can’t find the post now.
So the character discussion link dissapeared from the UMVC3 section, adn yeah we still don’t have easy acess to MVC2, CVS2, and 3S sections.
A: “Off-topic” does not mark it for moderation but should: a mod should be alerted to move a thread. Ideally “off-topic” is only applicable to the first post. After the first post, “thread derailing” would be the problem.
B: You’re wrong, that did contribute because that points out to a mod that he and his post history should likely be reviewed.
So…are the themes and avatar fix confirmed as on-disk dlc?
