Wesker is still the same character in the neutral, I.E not good enough vs the S tier. The game is still about getting the hit first and controlling space to get that hit, not whether you can do TOD combos or not.
the only character I’d say Wesker really, really loses to that is an important matchup is Morrigan
Lol wesker is free as fuck to zero.
I think Wesker does best against Viper and Vergil of the good characters, I agree Zero blows up his shit pretty hard.

Actually as a Zero player I find runaway Wesker up back gun xx tele VERY annoying to chase and lockdown… but that only works if he’s got the lead

Assist takes the hit from Shockwave, eats the pillar’s hitbox, timing a move that covers horizontal distance fast enough / has armor or invincibility to cross through when that happens allows the point to bypass the hit and punish.
Thought people knew about this when redman released his Wesker guide like a month back.
I think the problem with Wesker is that he can’t unload his meter and get an advantage, Spiral Swords, ex siesmo, Stalking Flare etc. he’s too fair, just like Magneto

If you have a character with a fast enough dash, can you just plink dash or air dash through like Nova and mags did, or did Infrit show all the characters that can do it in his video?
