I have seen a few comments on the damage in the game. Has anyone looked at just playing the game on low damage?

Venom, Gambit, Jin, Captain Commando, Black-freakin-heart, or add someone like…Nero(Devil May Cry), or Sigma(Megman X), don’t know… Nero could use like EX moves with his power-up sword and have like grab moves with his arm(Super Skrull+ Spencer combined), or Sigma could be… sigma.
I sincerely think capcom is not done with this game, why don’t make an upgrade that will make them gain more money? capcom if you don’t want to put new characters there is no problem but PLEASE, by THE LOVE OF GOD put Dante his Hammer back or make his throw game better, i don’t care about the damage nerf, or even the normals nerf, i just want back the cheapness of that move, Zero has his cheap cancelable moves, Viper has Ex-Seismo and a godlike throw game, magneto has that incredible easy to confirm godlike antiairs,godlike throw game and magnetic blast, and vergil has swords, and doom…doom is the worst of them all he has FOOOT DIVE!!
The problem with marvel side is where is the character now like for example venom is Flash thompson now not Eddie Brock(he is anti venom now)if I remember right also Gambit I don’t where he is now… I agree on all except Megaman X and Nero cause well…wouldn’t Megaman X be like zero without lighting(Haven’t played Megaman X after 2 so SORRY if this makes me a retard.) as for Nero meh we don’t need another DMC char we already have 3. The only chars I wanted back from MvC2 was Juggernaut or Silver Sam

Well, if you’ve played X1 and 2 then you know what X is like, and if you’ve played MvC3 then you know what Zero’s like. I don’t see how you decided that they were similar.

but what’s Dante without Vergil??? As for Venom they can easily make Eddie Brock Venom and have his alternate outfit be Flash Thompson. I think even now with their run of Flash they still recognize that fans want Eddie Brock back.
While I won’t hold my breath for a SUDDEN PATCH ANNOUNCEMENT - I would still be excited for it because I like changes in the meta game.
More characters would be nice, and I’d personally would love to see some of the more unique characters from Marvel 2 like Ruby Heart and SonSon, as well as the likes of Cloak & Dagger, potentially a Breath of Fire representative, and just some of Capcom’s other games

I like that change log for the most part.
Those are some weird ass changes. That’s the first time a Capcom fighter has taken away a specific normal’s ability to build meter on whiff. New age Capcom indeed.

any viper special into ex into another ex
sf4 akuma’s ex demon flip into ex air fireball
and now ibuki can cancel her ex kunai into another one?
i remember the only special cancels were for rekka type moves.
Yeah its the whole lack of commitment thing going on with the newer Capcom fighters. They just do new shit for the sake of creating combo extensions and not really thinking about how much more wild it makes the neutral to be.
